I ordered the grey but received this blue model. However the blue looks far better in my opinion. Only mistake I made was thinking it was a trainer/runner. It is a sneaker (very good looking one) so obviously heavier than a running shoe and that extra weight plus the toe box is a bit wide for me, are the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Would give it a 5 for looks, 4 for fit and comfortability. 4.5/5

I bought these a week ago tried them on and they fit! Was pretty happy about that. I ran some errands to get a feel for them and they felt great. I decided to wear them on a 5 mile walk and half way through my left ankle had discomfort. I tried fixing my sock but it kept hurting me. When I was finally done I took my shoe off to see what was going on and my ankle was raw with a blister. For the price of these “walking” shoes and they can’t even with stand a few miles walking. I am extremely disappointed. I can’t return them since I walked in them. I would NOT buy these shoes at all!!!

First time I have purchased GEL-NYC and obtained for a casual gym/daily walk/kick around pair as already have amassed a collection of serious sporting/running ASICS footwear. Have worn many models and designs for many years (Almost 25!) BUY THESE WITHOUT HESITATION!!! Never had such comfort for trainers I bought for casual wear out the box. I didn't care to wear trainers for the sake of comfort because I am picky about the shoes I wear. This has actually given me pause for thought (I'm 36) for the first time. Must try trainers. I am now eagerly on the lookout for future drops to pick up a different colourway :)

Im 39 and have just undergone a bunion operation. After rehabilitation i was firmly strict on finding good footwear and stylish, these absolutely tick all boxes.Comfort ✔️Space ✔️Style ✔️Quality ✔️Versatile with clothes ✔️Gym, and every day to day ✔️My feet is still in the recovery process with slight swelling, but im currently wearing my normal foot size which is 10.5 and it feels totally different than if i was wearing Nikes.I wish i had looked into Asics years ago, because i feel my feet would have been looked after better, and maybe less risk of operation.Im currently looking at my next purchase in a different colour.
Love these so much. I have the same style in another colourway I bought back in 2021 and wore them most days (even to raves/festivals) and they're still going strong. Such a high quality shoe that is supportive and durable. Obsessed with this new colour too. 1000/10.
I bought the black/charcoal ones for my teenage Son for Christmas, but he needed them for his job, so needs must, and Mum caved and gave him them early.He has Dyspraxia, and a lot of sensory challenges, and needs orthotics in most shoes, so comfort, support and being 'just right' are a must. He is on his feet a lot at work, and hasn't complained once, so we'll definitely be back for more.
I Wear them now for 3 weeks, i have to say they are quite comfortable -after a while- and their style is quite unique! Probably the most beautiful shoes i ever had. Only the size did not work 100% for me, my pinkys could have a little more room, so maybe i should go will half size bigger. Great shoes overall.
