This is my second pair of GT 1000s I’ve bought in the last year. They are a good shoe for people looking for supportive training shoes or those who have a mild pronation running form. I rotate them with another pair, using them twice a week for my medium distance training runs of 10 to 20 km. My first pair lasted almost 800 kilometers before needing replacement. Overall I recommend them and feel they are comfortable and affordable training shoes. Also pleased that they come in big and wide sizes.

I got these for work. I had "left" Asics for a while trying other brands. I keep coming back! These are so comfortable and light. I will be ordering more Asics!
Firstly, these shoes run very narrow and tight in the toe. There wasn’t as much support as I expected, more of a wedge feeling in the heel but the shoe had a weird dead kinda feel. Meh.
Satisfied with the process & the product. Recommend that others try Asics.
