It's a pretty solid leave-in conditioner for my extremely frizzy, dry and thick mane. Love how the mister sprays evenly. Heat protection and UV protection are much needed all around the clock here in the desert. It does tame my frizz and leaves my hair more smooth and silky. Not overly keen on the scent however, it's not bad but also not to my liking. Would I invest in a full-sized product?! Absolutely NOT! Aveda charging $46 for this is actually insane! Ceremonia and DAE both launched leave-in heat-protectants in recent weeks, they're just as good with top-notch ingredients AND they're less than half price in comparison.

My daughter has long, thick and somewhat curly hair that tends to get knotted and really tangled. After trying this in her hair I had to order the full size. It smells amazing, a earthy and floral scent that is light and keeps her hair smelling great all day long. It’s free of sulphates and parabens, doesn’t leave her hair sticky or weight it down. It has worked wonders on my daughter hair. It takes out the knots so easy and the brush just glides through. A boon for my hair

My hair is dry, curly and frizzy and getting them presentable for events is a huge task. I’ve never used leave in conditioners before, so was skeptical how it would work, but saw it recommended by a YouTube curly hairstylist I follow and decided to give it a shot. I’m amazed by the results! Whether I wear my hair curly or straight, it does great job with styling them. The smell is very pleasant too. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, but the quality level is high, so I feel safe about using it on my hair. If your hai quality is similar to mine, and your budget allows the purchase, I would strongly recommend trying this product. I’m already on my second bottle!

Light weight leave in conditioner!

This is a good leave in spray conditioner before blow dry. It’s light weight and doesn’t weigh my hair down like most cream leave in conditioners. In my experience, it works the best on wet hair , it makes the hair texture weird when applied on dry hair. It’s pricey but the quantity is good and will easily last about a year for medium length hair, if you wash it 2 times a week. However, it’s not meant as a leave in for extremely dry, frizzy hair. In my experience it is best used before blow drying on dry type hair and you might need to use an oil serum at the ends of your hair is very damaged. If you have fine or straight hair, I think this will give you ample hydration provided you use on wet hair and don’t over do it. No more knotted frizzy hair

Before using this product, my hair was always way too tangled to comb through after the shower. Once my hair dried it was frizzy and dry. I have used this product since receiving it and things have changed! To start off after I shower I spray the Aveda Nutriplenish Leave-In Conditioner and let it sit in my hair for 1-2 minutes. I then proceeded to comb my hair as usual. The comb will easily slide down my waist length straight hair. I have fine hair which frizzes a lot. Once my hair is dried it is soft and silky. Not sticky residue feel I can easily run my fingers through my hair. Only reason why I knocked one start off was because of the smell. I do not like the smell of the spray the smell reminds me of cinder wood not something I enjoy. Not for coarse curls

So firstly, I really enjoy the gel and the cream styler for what they do. I imagine for coarser hair types, they would be perfect for high humidity areas and seasons. my grievances with this leave-in are not related to many other complaints listed in the reviews. I love the scent, it has a natural fragrance with a blisteringly sweet sharp note; it reminds me of sherbert. I’d describe it as almost like a fruity granola. The texture is okay.The issue is, this product was designed for curly hair (2c - 4c/z) and as someone who sits around 3a/b I don’t know who this is for. The product is lightweight, but strangely greasy? I would normally use Camille Rose or Mielle, for some that goes in luxuriously and also has some hold and shine; and whilst the other products in this line can lend towards that -this does nothing. I think this might maybe perform best for people with higher density, fine hair and maybe wavy hair at a push

Not sure what I expected.

I've used many before and typically I only use them when my hair is damp after a shower and then I style either by air drying my hair and straightening it or I blow dry and straighten it. I found that when I use this product with my hair damp it made my hair kind of stringy and greasy feeling when it dried. It left slightly a gummy residue and I really didn't like it. The smell was not really anything and when I put product in my hair I typically like it to have some kind of a smell I guess say that's the girly and me. My ends are pretty damaged from coloring, heat and wear and tear from wearing it in a messy bun frequently. I used it as much as I could just to give it a fair shot. My hair actually felt dryer after using it rather then seeing any improvement at all. I gave it three stars because my hair is very damaged also because I don't often use leave in conditioner any longer so I don't know if it was just a user error or what but it definitely wasn't something I will ever buy again. I've used spray leave in conditioners before just not as often as I used to and I never had an issue my hair always felt softer it looks shinier and healthier but with this particular brand and spray it just didn't compare. I always want to use a new product and be able to talk about how wonderful it is so it's hard for me to write negative things. I really didn't have any expectations and almost rather have had no results rather then the results I got. I personally will never use the spray again just because like I said it just seem to dry my hair out more than it moisturized or condition it also made it look stringy. I know results may vary per user but these are my opinions and this is what I noticed. I wish that if anything it would've had a pretty smell that would have been at least noticeable so when I used it and left it in my hair it didn't make my hair kind of smell icky. If it was going to be non-scented and not have a smell I wish it wouldn't have kind of doubled the smell of the shampoo and conditioner I use because I frequently get comments on how pretty my hair smells slightly weird I know but people are always telling me all your smells so good and we end up finding out is the shampoo and conditioner I must use because it's my hair usually that holds the smell rather than my perfume lotions anything but when I use this product you couldn't even smell the pretty from all the other products I use.
