If you are or know someone that has a colic baby or a baby who’s skin reacts to everything this is the line of body care that baby needs. My children broke out severely from all Johnson and Johnson products; I thought it was an allergy, I keep changing my diet and theirs but nothing would give. I tried changing their laundry detergent several times (all clean and gentle) detergents only but again nothing would work. So I decided to stop use all Johnson and Johnson products…… this was it, it’s not to say that Johnson and Johnson wasn’t great, I love the brand…but it wasn’t for my children. Aveeno baby put an end to it and before I knew it my children had the best skin! The baby lavender line in particular is soothing, smells amazing, and is extremely calming. I love it

I got these on sale at my local target. The sales price made it a great deal for the amount. At first I wasn't going to get it but the bottle said phthalate free so I decided to give it a chance. Got it because our newborn had a rash and this helped calm things down. I think it also helped her sleep. The lavender isn't a true lavender scent but it's also got vanilla so maybe that's why. Overall I don't like fragrances but this one didn't bother me.

I have been using this on my baby since birth and now he is 15 months old. It's lathers well, it's moisturizing and doesn't dry the skin. I have never need to apply any lotion or cream on my baby. It can be use for either a bubble bath or a standing shower. I use it to shampoo my baby's hair as well and it keep his scalp clean and hair healthy, doesn't cause dry hair. Rinse away easily so no buildup on the hair. One big bottle is can last for at least 2 to 3 months. Ingredients is safe for baby as well. I find this to be the safest/healthiest and most economical choice for my baby which is why I use it till now. One more important factor... it's tear-free formula so I don't have worry about it stinging my baby's eyes when I wash his hair. Gave both my kids cradle cap!!!

I received this Calming Wash as a gift for my new baby and was so excited to use it because I loved the smell of it. Before using it on my newborn I used it on my 2.5 year old and he got bad cradle cap. He has never had a bad reaction from any other product that I have used on him, even other Aveeno products, and had never had cradle cap before. So I only used it on him the one time and his cradle cap cleared up. 3 weeks later I used this on my newborn, and she also got cradle cap after just one use. So I put this to the side and decided not to use it on them anymore. After a while I figured that I shouldn't let it go to waste, so I took it in the shower with me and used it to wash my hair and it made my head super itchy. Overall a pretty good product

Found this at my local target, I originally wasn't going to get it because it had fragrance but it says on the bottle pthalate free. The lavender scent is nice, but I'm giving it four stars because it isn't truly a lavender. It still has a babyish smell to it. I would like it more if it was a true lavender but it's not bad. It definitely helped our six week old sleep longer I think. She was very sleepy after using it. She slept about a 6 1/2 hour stretch last night and her typical time is 4-5. I appreciated that she still didn't smell like the fragrance this morning as well the fragrances that are long lasting are too much. We got these to help soothe the rash she has, we have yet to see if it helps but I did notice her skin felt smoother after. Overall it is a good value, I got the lotion on sale for around five dollars for a big bottle.

Zero Stars, Terrible for Sensitive/Eczema Skin

With thousands of great reviews from others, I wouldn’t think I would have such a bad experience with this wash. For context I have very sensitive skin (eczema, occasional psoriasis, prone to skin infections), although I am not sensitive to fragrance. I typically use baby wash because it’s usually very gentle. This wash absolutely DESTROYED my skin. I haven’t had a bad eczema/psoriasis breakout in a long time until using this. My skin was extremely stripped to the point my skin had that “cracked” feeling anytime I moved after showering with this. I’m guessing it left a lot of residue behind, even after I rinsed it all off I could still feel the tightness and extreme discomfort.
