Nice ventilation and fit. It's one of the very few top of the line helmets that run XXXL for my big melon. I think the best feature of MX-9 is that the visor only has two fasteners on it so you can brig the visor all the way down to cover the sun at dawn.

The best bang for the buck. I've worn higher dollar helmets and the comfort of this Bell is probably better than most of those. Good wide view with plenty of room for any type goggle. Ventilation is good and having the mips system was a plus. The picture doesn't do justice of how good this helmet truly is. Great product especially for the money.

I highly recommend this helmet! I normally ride trails and single track and really like how comfortable and lite this helmet is. Sizing guide seems accurate and for the price you really can’t go wrong.
This is a well made product that is from a reputable helmet maker. I got it on sale because I think the color scheme isn't as desirable as some others. It will do just fine. The only reason I gave to four instead of five is because I think 5 star helmets are $200 plus and have more features.
This helmet fits a little snug with a balaclava on, but it has loosened up a bit with use. This is my main snowmobiling helmet, and it is comfortable enough to wear all day. I have gotten a sore neck from the trails being rough, but more breaks on the trail side seemed to help. It is not a cold helmet to use for snowmobiling, and the noise level is quiet. You will want to be sure to have a quality balaclava with a breath deflector though. Overall I am happy with this helmet and would recommend for people with large heads.
I was surprised at how comfortable the helmet was. I like the safety features, although I haven't tested them yet. No problem with the helmet pushing my goggles down into my nose, like I've had with some other helmets. I will buy it again, especially at this price point.
Very good fit. Excellent quality at this price point. The helmet was not in stock when I placed the order. Rocky Mt honored the price and shipped when inventory became available. Very impressed!
Ok for the price, but the wind noise is deafening! I'll need to wear ear plugs.The cheek pads are too thick, and the replacement thinner version is made for a different model. They attach, but the extra plastic is uncomfortable. I'm back to using the originals which squish my face, but might compress in time.
As far as Dennis Kirk is concerned, they are great! The first helmet I ordered was an XL and it was a bit small. Dennis Kirk’s return policy was great. Return documents were included in the original packaging. Spoke with customer service representative and shipped back the same day. Four days later received the 2XL helmet. As far as the Bell helmet is concerned, I like the helmet very much. My only complaint is that the visor seems to catch the wind and pull my head back. I have been experimenting with the position of the visor and have alleviated the issue to a point. Additionally, the helmet seems to run small to size. I have worn XL helmets all of my adult life and this is the first helmet that was to small in that size.
