The best method is to use Biolage’s moisturizing conditioner after the shampoo, then turn the water as cold as you can handle and rinse for 30 seconds. Then apply the Deep conditioning treatment and let soak for as long as possible. Rinse again with cold water. Let hair dry until damp, then work in the Biolage Leave in conditioner liberally. Gently brush it out and finish by either air drying until damp or blowing out your hair. While damp I braided it (or used a no-heat curling method) and left it overnight (by far my favorite method). Once a week double up on the deep conditioning treatment and the leave in. You will wake up with beautiful waves or curls that are high shine and glossy while remaining soft to the touch and much more manageable. If you have to pick two out of the four make your selection based off of your hair type. If you have hair like mine go for the conditioner and a treatment. If you have thick hair that is dry and lifeless I would get the shampoo and one of the Treatments.

I love the biolage smell! It’s one of my favorites of the many product lines on the market. I like the shape of the bottle. It’s easy to hold, doesn’t take up too much space, and while a sleek design is slightly textured so it doesn’t slip from your hands while using. This product is THICK. Like, so thick it was very difficult to squeeze out without using two hands. As you can imagine, trying to use both hands to squeeze doesn’t leave anywhere to put the product. That was annoying. It was kind of odd to me how runny the shampoo was but how thick this product is. It is moisturizing but did not leave my hair super sleek and smooth like I believe I expected. I absolutely love the shampoo and the conditioner is the icing on the cake. it is actually a balm and not a runny conditioner! I was shocked because it came out like my butter treatment from Redken did! this isn't even the ultra Hydra deep conditioning pack and it came out so thick and Rich that I didn't even need to use very much of it. I did bleach my hair so I left it in for 3 minutes because I do have ultra dry hair! it's definitely within a good price range to keep hair that you process in great shape. I barely need any of the leave-in conditioner after I've washed this from my hair!
