I was really excited to receive this set, as I had just processed my hair to almost platinum, and it is SUPER dry. After trying it, however, I have to say that overall I’m pretty disappointed. My hair doesn’t feel any more or less moisturized than a normal conditioner, and in some places, my hair still feels dry and stiff. ok, more about my hair: I am a fine-textured curly girl with 3B curls. I am always looking for a good silicone free conditioner. This Biolage conditioner fit the bill, It prevented my curls from getting frizzy and left them shiny and bouncy. I didn't feel as if my hair was coated in anything...it simply felt clean and healthy. I also didn't need to use large quantities of conditioner to get the rests I sought...I was able.to use about the size of a quarter on my long Bob-length hair and got each knot and snarl.out with ease. Plus, the container size is very generous for the amount you need to use. Overall, I would definitely recommend this conditioner ( the entire line) to anyone, but especially for the curly girls seeking high quality silicone-free haircare products.

I received this product free to review and I'm so happy I did! I color my hair constantly and that process dries out my hair. I have been trying to find something that will help counter the effects of the coloring and this product does just that! A little bit goes a very long ways! The first time I tried this I couldn't believe how soft my hair felt as I was rinsing this product out! Once I got out of the shower and towel dried my hair, I could see a HUGE difference! Not only did this make my hair soft again, but it worked great to stop my hair from tangling up like it usually does. With every use my hair has improved. It had a floral scent.. but a musky, old floral scent. It wasn't too strong, and something I can live with for the amount of hydration this product gave.

This is the only conditioner that works for my hair currently. My hair tends to be on the pickier side and has a hard time softening with a lot of the conditioners (with clean-ish ingredients) that are out on the market now. I think it’s going through something because it’s also been super dry as of late. This conditioner softens my hair well, has a nice thick consistency, and nice smell. My only complaint is that the bottle is a bit hard to use/squeeze out the conditioner, I wish it had a pump but the content is well worth it.

I love the smell of these products. It's not over powering but subtle. I can still smell it after I wash my hair and I really enjoy the smell. This system is really great for dry or damaged hair. My hair has always been healthy until I bleached it a few month back. After that it was so dry and rough. I hated it! But these products have brought it back to life. After the first use I didn't really notice much of a difference but after the second use. I could really feel the difference. My hair was soft and silly again. I waited about 2 weeks to write my review. Just to make sure my hair didn't go back to the dry mess it was before these products. It didn't it's only gotten better with each use. I highly recommend this system if you have dry or damaged hair.

I’m Always on the hunt for new conditioners to tackle my thirsty hair’s needs, and Biolage definitely came to the hydration rescue! I always look forward to conditioning my tresses with this beautiful conditioning balm, because this moisture rich formula brings the hydration and my locks drink it up! The fragrance is a heavenly fresh floral experience, and intoxicating. I leave the conditioner on for about 5 minutes, and the results are amazing! I love this product! I like that the conditioner top distinguishes itself from the shampoo so it’s easy to just grab one or the other. The scent is iconic Biolage which I love. A very light fresh floral. I felt that just the right amount had to be used and easily covered my long locks. I love how this conditioner instantly detangles. I’m able to run my fingers through my wet hair and easily comb through with a wet brush. After using my hair was noticeably lighter feeling. There was more of a bounce to it. I have a lot of hair but it’s very fine. It was a nice pick me up that lasted a few days. I will be recommending this conditioner to others because of how effective it is with no weigh down. I’ll also be a loyal customer.

I always keep a large tube of Biolage Hydrasource Conditioning Balm (which I buy from a licensed distributor) around. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd try the regular conditioner and see what it was like. First off, the label had me raising an eyebrow. Made in Spain? All Biolage products are made in the U. S. A. and then are distributed here in other countries ! I opened it and while the aroma is the same as the aforementioned balm as is the color (a creamy-white), the consistency felt heavy, greasy and I had difficulty washing it off my hands. I am glad I didn't put it on my hair. I then decided to go directly to the Matrix website and they don't even make a, "Biolage Hydrasource Conditioner." At least, not anymore (if it ever even did). I am so disappointed!!

I wrote a review for the matching shampoo as well but I have been a loyal customer to this specific line of hydrasource shampoo and conditioner for 10 years. I have no idea what the heck Biolage did but the formulas have definitely changed. They keep telling people nothing has changed with formula and it's just packaging but that is not correct because my hair has always looked so soft and hydrated. Now after purchasing in the new packaging my wavy hair is so limp and dried out and my scalp hurts and is very itchy. I am not sure what to even try next since I used these products faithfully but it is such a disappointment that they would mess with products that had so many loyal customers.
