This was an accidental find that I'm really happy about. My dry mouth can be quite serious. And embarrassing when I'm around other people. I've used other dry mouth products for years. Like many other treatments and meds, they work - "kind of." So, recently I was perusing the toothpaste aisle and noticed a small bottle of Biotene mouthwash. Small enough that I happily paid the small price to try it. I'm quite happy with it. The resulting moist mouth doesn't last as long as I'd like. Only an hour or so. But it's a lovely hour. 😋

This is a great idea. If your job requires you to talk all day, you need this. If water isn't readily available, you need this, like at a construction site, for example. It's not a substitute for water as you can't drink it but it hydrates your mouth, eases bad breath. Always have water available to drink but have this to avoid cotton mouth. It has a slippery mouth feel which is temporary but the benefit lasts. I poured some into a travel size mouthwash bottle to keep at work in my desk. It's great stuff! They should just repackage it into a transparent bottle and pack a travel size bottle with it.

It also contains a moisturizing system to help provide soothing and lubricating relief and its an alcohol free formula. Honestly, I don't notice that it does much for me in stopping dry mouth. It tastes great and I feel fresh after using but definitely not 4 hours dry free. I think in time maybe it starts to help consistently over longer intervals but still not what is stating. I like the mouthwash and have no issues but it does not help me with dry mouth.
