Typically, after speaking with our son in law who wears them, hubby asked for these as a birthday gift! Very lovely leather, they will last ages. As typical for this style, size down by 1. First time buying Birkenstocks and very happy with my purchase. Definitely size down in this style (Arizona Stone Birkoflor). I ignored the size down recommendation because my feet are very wide, but I ended up having to exchange for the next size down. Return process very easy. I think they will take a bit of wearing in but I can feel them becoming more comfortable every day.

I bought these over a month ago after making a mistake and buying a cheaper and inferior competitors product. I tried to live with the other sandals but realized after getting blisters and a rash and starting to develop other foot issues that I made the wrong choice. I went back and bought the Birkenstock’s Arizona sandal and my feet can not be happier. The supple leather and conforming sole felt amazing on my feet. The adjustable straps helped fit me into my sandals perfectly. After a couple weeks wearing them the seemed to conform to my feet perfectly. My foot issues had disappeared completely. I will not purchase another sandal ever again. I will not subject my feet to anything but the heavenly feeling of wearing a Birkenstock!

I always thought birkis were about the ugliest shoe you could get…but then I got old and I’m all about the comfort now.I have very flat feet so the anatomical footbeds in these sandals are very good for me straight off the bat. And the brown leather coupled with copper coloured buckles is a winner in my books. Totally converted Birkenstock fan right here!Yes, they do run large. I’m normally a 43 but went with 42’s in these and they work for me however I would recommend trying on in person to get the right fit if at all possible.
These are the best sandals I have ever worn. I rarely wear shoes around the house but I love them. So soothing. I normally wear Ziera and Sketchers but not any more. I have always thought Birkenstocks were incredibly boring but the colours and range surprised me.
It's a little embarrassing, really. Sometimes I catch myself scratching the bottom of my Birk. You know, when you get that little itch right in your arch? With any other shoe I slip it off then scratch away. But with Birks, I don't know ... I just sort of forget they're not my foot. In fact, my feet feel more like themselves in Birks than barefoot.I don't even know how many pairs of Birkenstock Arizonas I've owned. All I know is that there will always be at least two pairs in rotation -- the ones on my feet, and the ones in my closet. Simply the most consistent, most reliable, and most comfortable footwear I've ever had the privilege of experiencing.Which reminds me, I need to update my funeral plan: "Bury me in my Birks".
I ordered these for my son. He is a size 9 shoe and I ordered a size 9 in these Birkenstocks. The leather looked lovely when they arrived but they were completely oversized! I have returned them but unfortunately the smaller sizes were sold out. Very disappointed.
Using these as my house slippers. The previous ones I had (also Birks) disintegrated after many years of use. I was so happy with them that I decided to get Birks again.The sippers are unmatched in quality (made in Germany, duh!) and are super comfortable. Note that there's about a week long break-in period and they will not feel great at first, so just be cognizant of that. One week later and they fit like a glove. Make sure you use the size chart provided on the Birkenstock website and actually take the time to measure your feet properly - it'll go a long way in making sure you'll be satisfied with them for many years to come.
Love love love these Birkenstocks.I've previously had a pair I wore nearly every day for 3 years. Decided to get a new pair recently. Not because they're worn down, (quite far from it!) but because of the big sizes.These always run big, HUGE! I'm usually a UK 8.5/ 9 but I've gone for a 7.5 because the old ones I felt were always a little too big. These new ones fit perfectly. **5 STARS**

These sandals are excellent quality and definitely worth spending that little bit extra for, as they're really comfy, an excellent fit, and they really feel very long-lasting.I was worried about Birkenstock sizing and so I purchased two sizes to compare, and the return process was really straightforward.
