I have always heard about how comfortable and healthy Clogs are. I have also been advised that Birkenstock is one of the most preferred brands but can run pricey. After much thought and deliberation, I decided to go ahead and get a pair in Habana Oiled Leather. I am a size 12 regular and ordered the 45 EUD US 12-12.5. After receiving them very quickly, 24hrs (On Thanksgiving nonetheless) I finally tried them on. Based on my research and the advice I received from professionals, I guess I thought my feet would feel better than ever. Well...The first thing I noticed was aside from how nice the color was is that although the length is good, the toe-box area seems to be too low and feels like it is pushing down on my big toe. I am hopeful that this will change with use, but for now it is very uncomfortable and very limiting to how long I can keep these on. The next thing I noticed is that as nice as the color is, if anything drips on it whether it's water, soap, coffee, tea, or anything, it leaves unsightly stains on the shoe which are not easy to clean.I do hope that as I spend more times wearing these, my experience will improve, but for now, I can't recommend, especially not at the current price point.

I bought the mocha color in August of 2023. Have worn them without socks a few times but prefer to wear them with thin socks. The suede upper is very soft and comfy and does stretch with wear. LLBean sells these in the narrow width only so I had to get a size larger than I would take in the regular width. In the Mayari and Gizeh I wear a 36 (in the regular/wide width) but bought these in 37 after trying on 36 and 37 narrow in a local store. The 37 is really a bit too long but the 36 in narrow was painful to my toes. The width in these really is more about the shape of the front of the foot than the volume of the foot. I wish LLBean sold these and other Birks in the regular/wide width. The Birks box has a sizing outline guide which illustrates my point. The footbed shape in narrow does not match the shape of my foot like the regular/wide does. I am a small woman (5' 2" about 105 lbs) but I need the wide width.

Comfort and classic. Wear with everything. Personally I think they run big. I'm a 7.5 in nearly everything. 38 was the recommended size. Foot was swimming in it. Sized down to 37, perfection. No my heel is not on the edge. I see people wearing their birds too small, with the heel hanging over the heel cup. It's not a good look.
I was really excited to receive my Birkenstock clogs, but unfortunately, they didn't work out as I’d hoped. The color was more yellow than I anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. Also, despite ordering my usual Birkenstock size, the shoes felt too short. They’re definitely cute and have the classic Birkenstock comfort, but I couldn’t justify keeping them knowing I wouldn’t wear them. I plan to try another pair in a different size and hopefully in a color that suits me better!
Incredibly disappointed in Bloomingdale's. The pair of Birks were purchased as a birthday gift and I had to immediately begin a return. The shoe box was damaged and showed clear signs of being previously opened. Upon inspection, the shoes were not new, and also showed signs of being used/worn previously. They were not packed properly, and the tissue paper was used and crumpled. I was completed shocked at the item received. It gives me pause about future online orders.
This is my third pair of Birks, all different styles, and they are all comfy from the get-go for me. The faded purple is versatile and so pretty. The only thing that made me pause was they weren't stuffed for shipping and arrived kind of collapsed. The piece that hits at my arch (pictured) kept curling in as I walked around the house. Fortunately, simply flipping them upside down to bend the other way for an hour did the trick. They're perfect now!
The reason I said over priced is because I received my Clogs in the Stone Coin Wood color, they had a SALE PRICE TAG underneath the shoe REDUCED SAVE 30% now $108.50. I paid $155.00 + tax. I returned them because of the sale price. I would have keep them although they run smaller than my Taupe Suede ones. I think it is because of the wool material., no give. They are nicethe wool grey is pretty. My foot width is narrow.
These clogs seem to be sold out everywhere, so I was extremely happy to see that they're available here in most sizes! Received these clogs about a week ago and wore them on a road trip the following day where there was a lot of walking involved and they were extremely comfortable. It felt like there was hardly a breaking-in period necessary for these clogs! They arrived in perfect condition as well. I am a size 5.5/6, so I was between the decision of ordering the 5/5.5 or the 6/6.5 but I decided to go with the 6/6.5 as some reviews said they ran small. I have narrow feet so even with socks I noticed that they were about 3/4 an inch too big, but they don't feel uncomfortable and the buckle can be adjusted to help as well. It's all an appearance preference. If you ... MoreThese clogs seem to be sold out everywhere, so I was extremely happy to see that they're available here in most sizes! It's all an appearance preference. If you are between two sizes and have wider feet, I would suggest to opt for the larger size. If you have narrow feet, they are very much true to size! Overall I highly recommend these clogs, I've been wearing them all week and they're the perfect everyday shoe!
I actually bought these in a size 6 and 7 in Taupe to see which ones fit better. For Birkenstocks you do not want them to be loose, they have to fit your foot exactly or else the shoes will slide and take longer to wear them in. In those style, the 6 was a better fit. The are very comfortable, the cork is softer on these than original Birkenstocks. Even though the shoes says narrow, I did not find them to be narrow (I do not have narrow feet). These fit M/W (there was actually some gaps on the sides when I wear them, not tight). I wear them for hours without any arches or rubbing. I know the trend is taupe, but get them in any colors, these are comfort shoes. I have worn Birkenstocks for over 25 years, and have 6 pairs at any given time
