Good one for detox ! Easy to take in pills ( not big size) , no taste. I get one bottle, dosage is good for 1 month. This firm provides a good quality product. So highly recommend ! All needed ingredients for daily support of your health ! Just started to take them, so need more time to tell about benefits.
I take this product to keep my cholesterol down within normal limits. Diet and exercise DO HELP so don't just rely on any supplement. But this supplement has helped quite a bit! I have taken two a day for a couple of years to maintain a healthy cholesterol level.
