I have few other pairs of Blundstone boots ( non steel toe), and these are of similar quality. I did order the same size as the others, but these are slightly wider and larger so you may want to go a half size smaller. This is probably a good thing as most steel toe boots hurt my feet due to the toe being too small. Not an issue with the 172s.

Only been a few weeks. Definitely not as comfortable as the regular style blundstones. I work construction, all day comfort is great. Seems like they will last a very long time. Tread is really good on snow and ice. Pretty stiff out of the box. Overall great purchase

Love these shoes! I work on concrete which is very hard on most boots but these have held up really well. I’m a few months in on them and just some light scuffing on the outsides. I’ll be on my feet 9-12 hours a day and they offer great support. I believe I sized up one size and that works for me but the sizing is still pretty accurate. 10/10 would recommend.
I actually got size 8.5 but i love them. they are very comfortable. I have had multiple ankle surgeries and these boots don't bother my scars at all. They are my new favorite boots.
Great workboot! I needed a reliable steel-toe boot to stomp around demo sites in the Pacific Islands. Easy to travel with, I wore them en route and liked the on-and-off convieniece. The steel-toe gives your toes a lot of extra space.

I've been wearing my pair of Blundstone 172's for two weeks, every day for an 8-hour work shift, and have found them to be outstanding. They're easy on and off, have remarkable tread, especially good on ladders believe it or not, and I have not experienced any foot-fatigue while wearing them. They're lightweight and durable, and the steel toe is on point. The leather is stiff but works in after a week. I've had a pair of 550s prior and those are 3 years and kicking. All around a solid boot, definitely recommend.
