I had a 2 year old pair of Photon boots that were way less comfortable, so these are great from a "fit and finish" perspective.Additionally, the step on system is a game changer. I'm a big guy (6'6 285lbs) and riding with the step on boots and bindings was more comfortable and responsive than any other combination I've ever ridden. I've had strap in bindings and rear-load bindings (Flow) and they were always hard to get in and out of and constantly needed adjustment for tightness.With these boots, I get the right support by tightening the 2 boa knobs and I'm set for the day. Having the ability to tighten up around the ankle is a plus when you need that extra bit of security. The click into the step on bindings with ease and getting out is simple as well. #sweepstakes

The step on system is a game changer especially off the lift and straight onto the run. Same Burton fit as other models but constructed stiffer meaning quick response on turns. Build quality is excellent. Very happy purchase.
So far I've only ridden with these boots indoors and they do not disappoint. They are very comfortable to ride and walk with. Step-on has made a huge difference in just enjoying the rides.
30 days on these boots and I love the Step-On system. Overall, the boots have adequate stiffness for my liking. The mid strap seems unnecessary. I've tried it tight and tried it loose --> didn't really notice a difference.
I love these boots so much! The boas and quick pull setup make tying up an easy and painless task. No fiddling with laces in the cold anymore.The insoles that come with are incredibly well built and also very supportive, plus they dry very fast!!!The boot itself is really stiff which is what I was looking for. They were comfortable the first day I took them out, and are getting more and more comfy every ride.The wide model really helped me have enough room in the front.
