My daughter tested very low for Thyroid TSH issues. Her eyes were looking red like she had pink eye. Doc tested her low on D3 and literally in hours her eyes cleared up. Pros: The liquid D3 is more bioavailableCons: the nozzle is terrible. Could not get a drop out until I took a sanitized needle and opened it more *twice*, but it's still difficult. I'm afraid to stretch the hole further, because then I may get too large of a dose (this is a concentrated solution).I will be going back to a brand with a dropper next time. I would use a dropper or pipette on this one, but it's difficult to remove the nozzle.

I appreciate the potency of this 6000 IU vitamin D supplement. It is far better than taking many drops of the lower potency options, especially living in a location where supplementation is necessary during the winter months. Would be great if there was a version of this that also included vitamin K as they do in one of the lower potency versions to increase absorption. Well packaged in an easy-to-use dropper bottle.
Bottle 0 stars. Contents of the bottle 5 stars. This is where the star rating fails. Do I knock one star for the bottle? I think so. I'd even consider knocking two stars, even though I will continue to buy it with that ridiculously frustrating bottle (when I get it, I pour it into a dropper bottle). The bottle needs to be replaced with a dropper bottle, the kind where the cap is a dropper that after unscrewing it you squeeze and it dispenses a drop from the tube. As if writing this, the bottle is the style where you tip it upside down and wait several seconds for a drop to come out and hope it is only one that comes out before you tip it right side up again. So I pour it into a dropper bottle.
