The bottle is small enough to take anywhere and very durable. No oil leaked out of the bottle like some other brands do. This item is good for anyone who has or hasn't taken supplements before. My daughter tested very low for Thyroid TSH issues. Her eyes were looking red like she had pink eye. Doc tested her low on D3 and literally in hours her eyes cleared up. We give this to her 2x daily and have seen such improvement in her health and ability to stay well instead of being home every 2 weeks sick. The one time this summer she was sick, it was for a couple days, not a full week. We will never go without.

Pros: The liquid D3 is more bioavailableCons: the nozzle is terrible. Could not get a drop out until I took a sanitized needle and opened it more *twice*, but it's still difficult. I'm afraid to stretch the hole further, because then I may get too large of a dose (this is a concentrated solution).I will be going back to a brand with a dropper next time. I would use a dropper or pipette on this one, but it's difficult to remove the nozzle.

Easy way to get your vitamin D3 without having to take a pill. This would be great for someone that can't / doesn't want to take capsules or tablets. Serving size is only one drop, so you're getting about 365 servings. So it's also great if you're looking for something that will last you a really long time. I just put the drop in a glass of water and you can hardly tell it's there! It would be nice (if they haven't already) if they could make this same product but with added vitamin K2. It would aid the absorption, that way customers don't have to buy a separate K2 supplement.
