I have been enjoying this mist! I really enjoyed using this product and since finishing it have purchased it as a gift for someone. The experience of using this product is lovely the mister is perfect, the packaging is luxurious and the smell is very refreshing and spa like. That being said I don't think this did anything remarkable for my skin. It definitely made my skincare routine a lot more enjoyable but there are far better face mists out there which actually hydrate and nourish the skin and they do it for half the price of this very very fancy bottle. Not gonna lie, I was initially put off by the fragrance, but oddly enough came to love it and have been finding myself grabbing this mist morning and night. Designed to be a skin prep product this refreshing mist does a wonderful job at helping improve the overall texture and appearance of pores when used prior to applying your makeup. The face mists I typically use in my routine basically replace my toner/essence, as a first step before my skincare after washing my face. I go for hydrating mists, with ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, etc. This mist-- is not a hydrating one. The packaging itself is gorgeous-- glass bottle, and the spray is luxurious-- delivers the most perfect fine mist. Upon application, you'll notice the immediate smell of menthol, along with other essential oils, and feel a minty feeling on your skin (due to the peppermint). Bought this because it was the highest reviewed face mist. Saw it near the check out at my local Sephora and grabbed the 30ml THANKFULLY not the full bottle. Which $18 for a 30ml bottle was so expensive when it only lasted for a week and a half. It was a nice glow at first but then it would go away after an hour along with its hydration. I used it every time after my moisturizer and it would SMELL like old lady eucalyptus mint with a floral touch. This product from Caudalie looks beautiful! The pink to green ombre in the glass jar looks perfect on my nightstand. Besides brand reputation and looks, I unfortunately have to say I was very disappointed with the actual product and mist and would certainly not recommend. However I did buy online and didn't get the chance to smell in person (honest mistake) but when I finally got to smell it in person it was quite honestly the most disgusting thing I ever smelled (personally). Not only did I spend $49 on this but for it so smell so strong and outrageous for a facial mist is absurd! If I had to describe the smell in any way it would a mint paradise and not in a good way.
