As soon as it is applied to the skin it may feel a bit heavy but it drys down and almost feels too dry or like nothing has been applied but I promise you come morning or given a few hours, your skin will have reaped all the benefits and it will feel like a babies bum. Do not sleep on this product, youve got nothing but 17.99 to lose and I am not in a position to be able to afford expensive stuff or luxury items but this has very quickly become worth every penny and an essential. I will advise that for the three days I have been using this, I have been using it in conjunction with the SA cleanser and applied it with exfoliating mitts in circular motions beforehand, then followed by this moisturiser afterwards, so this could have also contributed to my results or how quickly Ive seen them. I also have acne prone skin but drydehydrated so a bit of a polar opposite of him. this may even work if you have Rosacea or the occasional eczema flare up but dont take my word for it. cerave makes something for both dry and oily skin types so if this makes your face react a certain way, you might have a different skin type or skin condition than you initially thought. but please do give this lotion a try because my skin is almost flawless due to switching my entire skin care to cerave and this lotion was the cherry on top of a very yummy cake highly recommended 10010. if you want to know, I am 22 years old, living in iowa where the weather is constantly fluctuating DAILY and this lotion holds up very nicely and also does not make my make up look or feel weird at all

The CeraVe SA cleanser is a staple in my bathroom. My son and I both use this cleanser. It foams well, cleanse well without drying our skins. Even though it is an exfoliating agent, it does not stimulate us at all. Our skins are refreshed after every wash. It lathers very well with just a small dab and the whole body benefits. The SA cream is lightweight and fast absorbing. It does soften my feet and a little goes a long way. However, sometimes, I feel that the SA cream is burning my worn out skin. I think this is personal as I am extremely sensitive to exfoliating products.

I’ve been using this cream regularly for 2 weeks now and it has made a huge difference to my skin. I struggle with bumps and texture on my legs, especially in winter, and this cream has really improved them - my skin is now hydrated and soft, and much smoother. I would say it’s quite a thick textured cream, so if you don’t like the feeling of ‘stickiness’ after using a body cream you might not like it. Personally I use it before going to bed and I feel like it sinks in overnight so I don’t mind how thick it is. I don’t notice any scent from it - it’s very neutral. It is quite expensive but you get a lot of product in the tub and based on the results I’ve had I’d say it’s good value for money. Will definitely repurchase.
