I received the Chloé L'Eau de Parfum Intense in a sample size from Influenster for free in exchange for my honest review. I sprayed one spritz of this perfume, and it was very vibrant and lovely but too strong for me. I find it pleasureable but am a rose fan, which you need to be if you wear this.It’s not a spring, fresh garden type floral, this is darker, deeper with just a bit of sweetness that reappears as it drys down. It feels like midnight strolls along the forests edge, it really creates a vision of a Victorian castle and garden at night.I enjoy this one more the longer I wear it, I have to say I truly love that little bit of sweet floral ... After taming down, I found it went from an obnoxious rough and rather antiquated scent to more of a subdued powdery and instantly sweet direction. I'm quite surprised by the extreme difference from right out of the bottle to 8 hours later. This has some SERIOUS HOLDING POWER!! This is still very profound on me! As a matter of fact, day 2, and it's still faintly there after bathing.So, while I'm on the cuff with this, I'm going to say it's not what I would reach for frequently. But, there's a certain mood string that definitely hits with me.For me, I'll call this a keeper for those obscure and aloaf moods! I gave it 4 stars because ... I received a sample of the Chloé L’eau De Parfum Intense to try out. I would describe the scent as a combination of floral, fruity, and woody. It is formulated with notes of raspberry, rose, and amber woods. Overall this parfum smells very nice, luxurious, and feminine. I do smell the raspberry note but the floral/rose scent is definitely more powerful so if you like floral scents you will likely enjoy this. It also has a long wear time. I could still smell it several hours later. I think this would make a very nice gift for the upcoming holiday season. It is also important to note that this is a vegan formula and is made in France.
Wow I am loving the new @Chloe EDP Intense! I’ve always loved the original scent as well but this one smells SO good and lasts for SO much longer!! It’s like a woodsy floral smell that is strong but not overpowering to where it gives me a headache. It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion, as you get what you pay for. I received this sample to try for review but now I want a full size bottle for my collection. I do feel like it’s not as feminine floral like most in my collection. This perfume has more of masculine note as well that makes it stand out from the rest. I will definitely be using and 10/10 recommend. I was given a sample size of this perfume to try. as a perfume lover I have tried OG chloe and absolutely adore it for its feminine and floral quality. This is that, plus an added overdose of berry and dialed up rose. for starters, it’s strong. the projection is intense and lasts for 6-8 hours on the skin. where it falls short for me is its chemical scent, I can definitely pick out the ambroxan that is so common with modern perfumes. I do think the bottle is lovely, it is like OG chloe with a beautiful dark red bow. I also added some vibe photos to help set the tone for how this made me feel: gourmand berry at the top, deep rose, and a plasticky almost lipstick-like quality at its base. I would wear for a date night as it is quite romantic and intense.
