I always had the chuckit large which works great. The xl pro however is a disappointment. It does not launch the ball far and shoots it straight in the ground in front of me. Very disappointed, does not release the ball properly for a far launch.

Love this! It’s much more fun playing balls with my German Shepherds now! The crazy amounts of slobber when they brought the ball back to me made it not as much fun for me. Now I don’t touch the balls at all! I pick them up with this, throw them with this, and put them back in the dog container with this. Highly recommend. Note that I have only used the balls specifically for the Chuckit so cannot speak to using other types of balls. It’s great for people without much upper arm strength too!

I love the Chuckit! My dog could chase tennis balls all day if I let him!!! This product is great for many reasons! The first reason why I love it is because tennis balls get so dirty, slobbery and nasty after a while! With the chuck it, you don't even have to touch the ball to throw it! Another reason why this product is great is because it helps me to throw the ball 10 times farther than I would be able to without it! Highly recommend!!!!

I have a pomeranian pappion mix and boy does he love this chuck it tennis ball thrower. He has ALWAYS had so much energy (he is 2 years old) But i have never been able to wear him out because i am not a good thrower so it didn't take as much energy to get it. This product is great for him! My other dog also joins in the fun making it an even more fun game for him! Every time i whip this out, he goes crazy and runs before I even throw it! Great price, Super fun for your dog AND yourself! 5/5 would recommend!

Best Buy

Very stiff during the first few days of use. But once it loosens up, the ball will sail across the park! I lost my first one (this same kind and style), and after seeing others struggle with lesser qual ball launchers over 3 years, I knew I had to purchase THIS exact one again. It's great!

Best ball chucker I've ever used

While I believe there may be a premium model even one step higher in quality than this one sold by the same manufacturer, this is hands down the best one I've ever tried. The cheap knockoffs are OK but from what I've seen they're not as rigid so don't hold the ball as well or throw as far, and they seem to break easily whereas this one looks and feels like it will last forever. I held off buying one for a long time because they were so expensive but at this price I couldn't pass it up, and I'm so happy with it now I'll probably buy a few more just so I've always got one in every vehicle as well as one to keep in the yard. Great ball launcher

10x the price of the $2 shop variety, but also doesn't hurt your hand and throws the ball at least 1.5 times further than equivalent length non-brand thrower. I was hesitant about spending the extra money, but for these two benefits, it was worth it. Don't let the dog chew the ball-holder end or it will stop working!

Large Chuckit 3" Balls

Great chuckit for the 3" balls. Big enough for my shepherds amd they won't swallow the larger balls used with thoa chuckit!

Not for short people!

I've been using Chuckit's for nearly twenty years and this one is a awful. It will not let go of the ball unless it's launched sideways. If launched overhead it just about drops a few feet in front. Super disappointing. I hurt my elbow trying various overhead launches with no success. Other reviewers mention tall people had no trouble launching.

Ok launcher, horrible ball

Pro Launcher is OK nicer/better quality comparing to the the other Chuck it Launchers, however the non slip ribs on the from of the handle is a total nonsense they will fall away in a month leaving ugly stubs - just a normal material like on the back side would be a much better choice. Now the ball suppled with the pro launcher L is total rubbish!!! Ball was dull, heavy, hard and not bouncy and totally failed after 10 of play. Split in half on a seam. Seriously why not supply an Ultra ball? charge a bit more but provide a decent product!!!!. Very disappointed. it is totally stupid.!!!
