I swear by Comvita, it's in a different league to other propolis brands I find and always helps me fight off infections. I don't normally buy the double strength, but no harm in the current climate!
thats hard to swallow. worst tasting propolis i've ever tried. theres better things out there tastewise, but for the purity and quality of the liquid, its legit. i just cant swallow it so i rather buying something less bitter
Inflammed and sore gums. Tried many things and this is the best. I like it as a tincture - stings a lot but that tells me I've hit the spot. When no longer stings on application - means healing taken place. Wouldn't be without it. Is very effective.
