I love Converse Chuck Taylor All Star shoes. I have them in several colors and styles. My favorite though, is the purple. Recently, a friend was married and our whole bridal parry wore these shoes under our gowns. They were very comfortable for the long day. None of us experienced any of the typical sore feet or blisters that come with wearing formal shoes. They looked great with our dresses, and we received a ton of compliments. These shoes are great for any occasion casual to formal.

These pink Converse are an absolute dream come true! Not only is the color vibrant and fun, but they're also unbelievably comfortable. I can wear them all day without any issues, which is a huge plus for me.I also want to give a big shoutout to FinishLine. They were incredibly efficient in processing my order and getting it shipped out to me. Cute and comfortable but not for high impact sports

It's exactly as it's pictured. My daughter said it's comfortable and roomy. It does run a 1/2 size up. My daughter is a size 6.5 so we ordered a 6 and it was just right with enough wiggle room for her toes with socks. The bottom part of shoes or soles are thick and weighted so not so good for running as they are not light weight. These are slight platforms so gives a nice lift. Also these are not meant for easy on and off as the laces need to be loosened and fastened to put them on or take them off. The white part of sole tend to smudge easily too so stay away from muddy/slushy areas. Overall my daughter is happy with these and they are well made shoes and I got it at a decent price!

More comfortable than ever!

I've been wearing Chuck Taylor All Star high tops for over 50 years as my primary everyday shoe. These black monochorome high tops are more comfortable, than the standard Chuck Taylor All Star high tops I've every worn. I bought the monochrome at the same time I bought a standard Black (black and white) pair. The monochrome seem less stiff right out of the box, have more comfortable coushioning inside and seem a little lighter. (The weight may just be my perception since they are more comfortable than the standard black pair I bought). Excellent buy!

Not what I expected

Being 77 years young, I remember when Converse All Stars were the shoe of choice. A substantial shoe capable of living up to the demands of an intense high school basketball game.The 2024 version resembles the 1965 version only in looks. There's nothing to this shoe. A thin canvas membrane with no cushioning whatsoever. When they improve this shoe, I'll be the first in line to buy it, but until then, I'm not giving it another thought. I guess I'm looking for the "Restomod" version...

Yay, wide! Boo, lining change!

I have been buying this shoe for 12 years. This is my ninth pair. I SUPER love that they're now available in wide sizes and my last pair lasted longer than previous pairs because they weren't splitting on either side of the toe box because of the extra space. What I'm not a fan of is the now polyester/blend lining on the inside. They don't breathe quite like the cotton/muslin-lined versions. I wish for a return to cotton lining and for wide sizes to be available in stores instead of just online.

my daughter loves them, I had outstanding service!

My year 6 daughter is too cool for school these days and going through a half tom boy state, she asked for these the Monday before school started. Off I trot to the largest fashion based shopping centre and after googling and seeing 20% discount I went to the Converse store to be disappointed with having to pay full price because the discount was only online. David Jones came to the rescue with a happy smiling shoe attendant who promptly organised the discount and the right size shoe for me to collect as she clicked for me. Fantastic service, shoes in hand and at a discount: happy Mum and extra happy daughter. She loves them and wears them to school every day. She says they are so comfortable and so cool.
