I have nothing but huge love for my Converse high tops! I didn't really get into Converse until I was in my thirties as I could never find any on a low budget back in that time. I had the rare double tongue version, which I absolutely loved, but since my teenage daughter became the same size foot as I have, I have now 'lost' them to her, even though I can 'borrow' them whenever I like! The converse I've had, have all lasted very long and definitely worth the money and NEVER goes out of fashion! I've worn them with shorts, skirts, jeans, trousers and dresses, and they look absolutely amazing with anything. At my daughter's prom, many girls wore them under their beautiful prom dresses, which made me smile, I wish I'd have worn some under my wedding dress many moons ago!

The original and the best! Easy to wear with many casual looks, pretty reasonably priced, and generous sizing. I love my all stars and have owned several pair over the years. They wear about the same as any canvas sneaker, but look better doing it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that as a heavy person the insoles have a limited life before they become uncomfortable to wear for long periods. For that I have other shoes. When I was thinner I had no issues. Otherwise this is an awesome iconic shoe that can be worn by all ages.

I'm only doing this one review, but i have 10 pairs of Converse shoes. A mix of high top and low styles, the high top style is my favorite though. No particular reason other than i just like the look more. In my opinion Converse are made well. I say that because i have a pair of pink low style Converse that i have had for 20 years. They're still in pretty good condition and i do still wear them. I have a pair of high tops that are 15 or 16 years old. Those i still wear multiple times a week. Now, while i will acknowledge that maybe i'm just not hard on my shoes and i know that sometimes how you store shoes can affect their longevity as well. Still, i'm a loyal Converse girl. They've always been good shoes for me. Comfortable and cute. They're my favorite brand of shoes.

Classic and Comfortable

They are also very stylish, it goes with everything, I use them with my formal uniforms, with my clothes for work, with my gym clothes and I always use them with my regular clothes, they are my go to shoes and it just looks amazing. I highly recommend these shoes because they are unisex, have amazing colors and are durable. I think they are a 5 star quality and completely worth your money.

Comfy shoes, poorly made

I bought these shoes as my wedding shoes this year. They're incredibly comfy to wear longer during the day, and have been my go-to on my honeymoon. However. After only wearing them for around a week, the laces have became black where they're rubbing on the metal holes. And now after only 2.5 weeks, one of the laces snapped in my hand when tying up the shoes. Really disappointed as they're so comfy and thought they'd be great. I'm passed the return bracket now, so can't have them exchanged.

Love and hate

The trainers themselves are actually really nice. I’ve never owned a pair of converse, so I’m surprised that they suit me.I bought these to use mainly at the gym, so they do the job intended.Having them in ‘Wide Fit’ is life saving for my feet. However, in the same breath, I didn’t realise they send (as recommended) half a size lower than what you ask for.I ordered a size 5 and they sent a 4.5… this would have been fine if my feet weren’t as wide as they are.Unfortunately they are still too tight against my little toes and therefore I can’t wear them for general walking or for more than a couple of hours without them rubbing quite severely against my little toes.I did not have time to return the shoes as the soles have completely come away from my other ... MoreThe trainers themselves are actually really nice. These boots are built for walk’n

This product is HIGH AWESOME QUALITY!!! This purchase is to replace a pair bought back in 2004 (for 14year old son) hand me down to his younger brother 1 year & 1/2 later (2006) wore for another year then handed down again (2007) to their sister who is still wearing them (just) canvas has worn through and the rubber lose around the edges- to 2021. It’s time to hang up the boots and surprise her with a new pair!! Not too sure how she will take it - there is a lot of sentimental value is this old pair- I’m sure she will love the new shines one. The boots have had many adventures over the years- Australia- travelled all the eastern seaboard- from Airlie beach and every place between- down throughly NSW north/mid coasts all the way through to the south coast- down to ... MoreThis product is HIGH AWESOME QUALITY!!! Wrong shoe size, but nice looking shoe

Bought what said size 8 (online), when it arrived it said size 8 on the box but inside were the wrong pair of shoes that were size 6 mens. The item description didn't mention a gender however when it comes to shoes, writing the gender size is important because mens shoe sizes are quite different to girls shoe sizes. Hopefully I can return the shoes or get a refund, but it's unlikely because I am not vaccinated and not allowed in store. Apart from this, the quality of the shoes look as expected. Although they are very skinny in width, your feet do get a bit squashed in them but also this may be due to them sending me girls shoes and 2 sizes too small although just by design i've looked online at what they're supposed to look like and they are quite skinny/thin in width (side of your foot to the other side). If you buy these shoes you already know what you expect and you get exactly what you expect the shoes to be (apart from me they sent me the wrong size). There is a lot of other shoe brands which have a similar design but do offer more padding and support so if that's an issue you could look at other brands.
