The only problem I had with this item was the shipping, and how it took a long time to come to me, but the review is about the product however, and based on the item it came in a small nicely tight package. It is exactly described as the pic has it displayed as. I had relatively no problem installing the memory ram on my Dell G7 15 7588 laptop, and my laptop booted up first time going to BIOS detecting the change of ram, and restarted it and it started running smoothly. I'm overall happy with the product as it is, and hope it lasts for a long time to come.

I bought this for a Dell G7 gaming laptop that required 2666MHz ram. Overall, the performance is great. It recognized the correct speed and timings at first boot; no troubleshooting required. It was just plug and play easy, which is exactly what I wanted (especially since Dell computers are notorious for their lack of settings in the UEFI/BIOS). I highly recommend for ease of use and performance!
I use iMac 2020 27 5K, the iMac comes with 2x4 GB RAM. I bought these 2x16 RAM to form a 40 GB. However, whichever order I arranged in my iMac back RAM slot with either form non-dual-channels or frequency drops. I thought the Crucial made for Mac RAMs are specially optimized for Macs but it works just like others non Mac RAMs. Now I removed my 2x4 to not to compromise either dual channel or frequency.
I was having constant crashes, freezes, kernel panics and random reboots. I was just about ready to toss my computer out the nearest window and pony up for a new one. As a last resort, I ordered this memory upgrade kit from Crucial to replace all the DIMMS in my iMac. It's been a full month now and I haven't had a single crash or any kind of problem whatsoever. If only I had done it sooner it would have saved me a lot of time and effort troubleshooting. Thanks Crucial!
Added to my 2020 iMac 27 for a total of 40GB (8GB + 32GB). HEre's how:Moved the original 8GB Apple RAM sticks (4GB + 4GB) to the first two slots/top two slots. Installed the (2) Crucial 16GB sticks in the bottom two slots.Powered on. First time takes about 1 min before Apple logo appears. Reboot at login screen. Hold down CMD + Option + P + R to reset NVRAM. Hold those keys until after Apple Logo appears.Voila. 40GB with all sticks running @ 2666mhz.B&H fast shipping and next day delivery is awesome!
