Its design, based on a mechanical spring, is reliable and easy to maintain. You can also easily adjust the stiffness using a dial. Rear suspension: none: This mountain bike has no rear suspension. This is a "semi-rigid" mountain bike:ideal for starting out. Compared to a full suspension mountain bike (with rear suspension), the advantages are very simple:considerably light and less energy wasted on flat terrain.
