With double the olive oil of their other bars, Dr Bronner’s pure Castile Baby Unscented soap lathers up extra smooth and soft to gently cleanse your (or your baby’s) body, face and hair without drying them out – even if you have extra-sensitive skin. Aside from their unique and well-loved labels, Dr Bronner’s soaps are known for being natural, even a bit old-fashioned. And it’s true that they contain no detergents or synthetic chemicals - but that’s not to say there’s no chemistry involved. Saponification, the process by which natural oils combine with an alkali to form water, glycerine and soap, is one of the first chemical reactions ever discovered. Simple enough, but the soapmaking secret’s in knowing which oils to use, in which proportions, and Dr Bronner’s have this ancient art down to a science. They blend coconut oil for lather, olive oil for softness, and hemp and jojoba oils for the way they mimic the natural oils of the skin and leave it smooth and supple. Unlike most manufacturers, they also keep the highly moisturising glycerine in the finished bar. It’s friendly to your skin and friendly to the planet - the only preservatives are sunflower seed vitamin E and tapioca-derived citric acid, so the soap is 100% biodegradable, and it’s sold in 100% post-consumer recycled packaging.

I love Dr. Bronner's in theory, but their scented soaps were a little hard on my super, super sensitive skin. Did I say that I have sensitive skin? This unscented "baby" version is perfect for me. No skin irritation whatsoever. In fact, my skin seemed more supple, as well as clean, after bathing. This is my go-to soap/all purpose cleaner/detergent from now on.

ONLY soap I use. Had chronic hives and edema, so did Gerson Therapy. Been using this soap ever since. I even use it on my baby. Highly recommend.

I know people are now buying Woods because its half the price but I still buy Bronner’s because UNLIKE Woods, it doesn’t have chemicals, which is why I use it to begin with. No “parfum” which is the secret 🤫 place companies put unhealthy and even illegal chemicals. Bronner’s and my ethics can’t be bought. You get what you pay for. Thank you Healthy Planet for still carrying Bronner’s for those of us who don’t mind paying a little more for integrity and the real thing.

I have purchased this product previously but was unable to source it from my local supplier. I use it in the shower and for hand washing, I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it in the future.
Great for cleaning. Dilute first before putting in a soap pump dispenser or else it'll clog the pump. Very drying for the skin so lotion up afterwards!
I love this soap and so does my boyfriend who doesn't really care about natural products so long as they work. We love how it works JUST like regular soap but our skin is not so dry as with other natural soaps we have used in the past. The citrus sent is strong and energizing, we love it.
I love to use this to make my own hand soap. It’s a nice alternative to harsher products and less wasteful! Since I dilute it, one bottle lasts a long time.
I was worried this scent might be too harsh for my face - as citrus often is - but it was surprisingly gentle. Not too much of a scent, either. Leaves skin well-cleaned and very soft!
I've used other Dr. Bronner's soaps and always like to have this unscented one on hand. Excellent multi-purpose soap and it looks expensive because it's concentrated. When diluted, it goes a long way!
having chronic urticaria + edema forced me to rethink everything i was putting on my skin. after doing Gerson Therapy to try to heal myself (after 4 doctors + allergy specialists resorted to solely prescribing anti-histamines for the rest of my life), i have stuck to using non-hormone disrupting products. i use this on my 2yr old since birth and still do. plus, healthy planet has the best price when they have a sale ; ).
