Dr. Bronner can be used for so many different things antibacterial wise I use it on my sensitive areas. But if you have any acne at all cystic acne, blackheads, or any of that, wash your face with it in the morning, and it will also take dark circles from under your eyes because of the peppermint and it makes your face fresh and clear. I don’t wear make up just eyeliner mascara Carmex and I’m done, but my daughter does and it gets her make up off really good. It’s also good. If you have migraines, you can just take some of it and rub it across the top of your forehead down the back of your neck and rinse it off. And your headache will go away. Love the product, sick and tired of the delivery/packing! Been buying this for a long time and been buying from Target for sometime now and had no issues. Lately though, whoever is packing doesn’t know what they’re doing. The one I received recently came with no safety seal and had some product missing (used/returned) no way am I using that! Then I asked for a replacement. The pics are the replacement….. a piece of tape wrapped around the flip top only instead of OVER the ENTIRE cap and “attaching” it to the bottle. Box was delivered leaking (from the bottom) on my porch bench. I didn’t realize this until after I brought it in the house and was walking around with the box and noticed it leaking….onto my wood floors and carpeting. Never had issues before with product arriving from Target damaged or used, but something is going on with how people are packing. Items come from regular Target stores (not a warehouse) and the employees aren’t shown how to package items for shipping. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed. Such a waste.

I bought this in-store at Walmart. I use it for evening showers, wiping down small surfaces & electronics screens, and cleaning the floors. I don't dilute it for showering because using a washcloth that is soaked with water helps with that. I do dilute it when using it as the all-purpose spray. Just make sure you give your diluted containers a shake before using because some of the soap's contents settle at the bottom.The peppermint scent in particular is great for showering on hot days, after a long day of work, after being outside, or after physical activity. It gets all of the dirt & sweat off of you, and the coolness & tingles of the peppermint feels really good on hot days. I recommend this product, it is exactly as Dr. Bronner claims it to be. I use a little amount to wash my hair, my hair feels soft and shines. I no longer need to use conditioner on my very dry hair. I use this same product to wash my entire body, it feels great on my skin and does not irritate my skin and especially my face. This product is the best buy for me, far better than any other hair salon shampoo.Thank you Dr Bronner for your excellent products. I have bought your toothpaste and it does whiten my teeth and the peppermint taste wonderful. I searched a long time for something safe to clean my retainer and night guard with, because I no longer wanted to use products containing bleach. I found that bleach left a chemical taste on my "hardware", as well as discolored and caused the plastic to become brittle over time. I came across a review written by a dentist who suggested using two squirts of Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille Soap in a denture case with warm water. I gave it a try and have been using it ever since! The peppermint had a nice pleasant smell and taste and I find my appliances do not get brittle or discolor the way it used to when I used products with bleach. It is a much safer alternative. I love trying new things so I’m always mentally reviewing and rating products. I’ve been using this brand of liquid soap for a few years and it has me, my family, and friends in a chokehold so I felt like it deserved a written review. It works well with sensitive skin and it doesn’t leave residue yet it’s still hydrating. We’ve tried all the scents but as a collective, this is our favorite scent; it’s not overpowering and it’s very soothing. I’ve also tried it in my laundry and when cleaning. I prefer it as a body wash but needless to say, it’s our household staple. If you’re hesitant about trying it, purchase the mini first. Either way, you won’t be disappointed! :)
I love that this product is made from natural ingredients! That’s why I bought it. However I’ve already used half a bottle in 4 days. I tried to follow the suggested dilution instructions but as you will learn yourself if you purchase this it’s not strong enough. I like it best so far as a face wash. I like it the least so far for dishes as I think that’s where it has been least effective. I ordered the house cleaner version so hopefully that’s better for dishes. I didn’t mind this for a shampoo. It lathered well. Not so sure about it as a body wash yet. Again it just doesn’t seem strong enough to dilute it as suggested. Maybe it’s the water I used… I used bottled spring water in one container and tap in another.
I ended using this soap because my daughter had been buying it. I was wondering why she was spending so much money on this body wash. So being nosy I decided to try it. The texture is very thin and watery. The smell is very minty. So I’m thinking it’s not going to do much. I used this with my exfoliating mitt and my skin got extremely clean. I’m talking about Lever 2000 in the early 90’s before they changed the formula clean. But also tingly from the peppermint. If you think your body wash has been doing the trick try this stuff. I hate to sound gross but the amount of dirt that it takes off is insane. And it doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry at all. It only takes a small amount. Just a tiny squirt so it’s easy to make a bottle last for months. It’s super strong.

It would be great used as a shampoo, which it can also be used for as well as household cleaning agent. These soaps have many uses. Leaves an overall cooling effect, especially more sensitive or fleshy exposed areas. Could be great for some, just not for me lol as a body wash at least. I enjoy the Lavender, Almond and Rose scents best. Even Citrus. But that one burns some for me, if you have a scratch or sensitive areas. They all make you feel super clean and have even been able to use to wash my pups. Safe and gentle.
