I add a little distilled vinegar to it and it becomes a degreaser used in around my kitchen! This soap is magic, Johnson and Johnson was too harsh for my infant so we used this diluted with warm water and we’ve never used another soap for her again. I am just down to my last drop so I’ll be headed to get another family sized bottle to have around the house, this is a product that I replace every time it’s almost gone. Dr. Bronner can be used for so many different things antibacterial wise I use it on my sensitive areas. But if you have any acne at all cystic acne, blackheads, or any of that, wash your face with it in the morning, and it will also take dark circles from under your eyes because of the peppermint and it makes your face fresh and clear. I don’t wear make up just eyeliner mascara Carmex and I’m done, but my daughter does and it gets her make up off really good. It’s also good. If you have migraines, you can just take some of it and rub it across the top of your forehead down the back of your neck and rinse it off. And your headache will go away. Awesome clean. None to light scent

This has a light earthy smell when using in the shower. Probably from the hemp. I love that scent. It goes away quickly. This takes all my deodorant gunk off my pits and leaves me squeaky clean. I tried the peppermint one and that leaves a Christmas tree smell and people will comment and that’s no bueno. So this is great for people who like this product but don’t want a lasting scent besides their deodorant and cologne. There’s also no irritation with the product which the peppermint did have. I’m happy. I ignore the interesting to say the least writing on the bottle. I’m not easily offended so it doesn’t bother me.

Fresh Clean Retainer and Night Guard

I searched a long time for something safe to clean my retainer and night guard with, because I no longer wanted to use products containing bleach. I found that bleach left a chemical taste on my "hardware", as well as discolored and caused the plastic to become brittle over time. I came across a review written by a dentist who suggested using two squirts of Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille Soap in a denture case with warm water. I gave it a try and have been using it ever since! The peppermint had a nice pleasant smell and taste and I find my appliances do not get brittle or discolor the way it used to when I used products with bleach. It is a much safer alternative. It’s brisk baby!

It burns- but in a good way. I especially like this soap for when I travel or go camping. Besides being biodegradable in nature (as are all Dr. Bronner products), I feel like it does what no other soap can do when I’m in questionable environments. The product is genuine and you know exactly what you’re getting. After the burn, is a cool freshness- this the body equivalent of mouthwash. Maybe burn was a bad word. The point is- I’m not complaining. Love love love. If mint is too strong for you, lavender and rose scents instead, can easily lighten the experience. But if you’re into a good morning wake up call in the shower, this will absolutely awaken the senses.

Natural Ingrediants, Multiple Purpose!

I have used this product for a few years now and have really put it to work. Body wash, hand soap, natural cleaner, face wash and more! Delute with water is a big factor, especially for face wash. Usually I don’t use this as everyday face wash just because truly a little does go along way with this product. I like that Dr.Bronners cares about the Earth and continues to make quality products. The price is good too because just gotta delute it with water. (Less is more.) If you struggle with eczema, itching, or have sensitive skin this really makes a positive difference. Super grateful for this product.

Tattoo Care

I recently got my first tattoo. The artist provided me with traditional follow up care instructions:1. Wash with Dial Anti-bacterial soap2. Use Aquafor for the first two weeks3. It truly helps with minimizes the itching, which for me is the absolute worst part of the tattoo healing process. It’s also moisturizes the skin without being greasy. Absolutely love it!!! I would recommend these products for tattoo healing or just ordinary skin care.

This stuff is the TRUTH

I ended using this soap because my daughter had been buying it. I was wondering why she was spending so much money on this body wash. So being nosy I decided to try it. The texture is very thin and watery. The smell is very minty. So I’m thinking it’s not going to do much. I used this with my exfoliating mitt and my skin got extremely clean. I’m talking about Lever 2000 in the early 90’s before they changed the formula clean. But also tingly from the peppermint. If you think your body wash has been doing the trick try this stuff. I hate to sound gross but the amount of dirt that it takes off is insane. And it doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry at all. It only takes a small amount. Just a tiny squirt so it’s easy to make a bottle last for months. It’s super strong.

I buy this for my husband all the time. He loves it. The peppermint feeling is not one I enjoy personally, while showering, so I would never get this for myself. It would be great used as a shampoo, which it can also be used for as well as household cleaning agent. These soaps have many uses. Leaves an overall cooling effect, especially more sensitive or fleshy exposed areas. Could be great for some, just not for me lol as a body wash at least. I enjoy the Lavender, Almond and Rose scents best. Even Citrus. But that one burns some for me, if you have a scratch or sensitive areas. They all make you feel super clean and have even been able to use to wash my pups. Safe and gentle.
