I have worn Docās since 1989. Always boots, 1460ās, work-Winch and Iron Bridge, and many passing models. They have always been a US size 9. In that time they have been made in England, China, and Vietnam. This is my first pair from Bangladesh.This boot has great leather. Bought as an anniversary gift for my Wife, she loves them !She wore them to work the next day and had many compliments.The leather is super soft, with amazing quality. Definitely a boot thats look will only get better with time.My wife said they run a little big, so I have purchased some double down DM socks & also the heel pad to help with the fit.Overall we are both very happy : )DanNorthampton

I work in a coffee stand and bought these after slipping and falling during a heavy rain. I have had zero slipping issues, they broke in like a dream, and these are now my most comfortable work shoes. I'm pretty sure I'll be wearing these until they're literally coming apart at the seams. They do run a little big for women at least, I usually wear a 7 and I bought a 6 and they fit perfectly. Do yourself a favor and just buy them.

Nice soft leather compared to the standard DMs. I usually take a women's uk10/44. But had to size down in these to a 9.These are my first pair and I love the look of them, always wanted a pair of DMs but couldn't justify the price tag. Love these! I've only worn them once - but that was to London on the train and walking about 15k steps. I thought they might hurt that first day, but the soles are lovely and bouncy, and the leather is gorgeously soft. They are a *tiny* bit tight across the toes, but the salesperson told me that's normal and they'll stretch out after some wear. I also normally wear a 6.5, but went into the shop to try these on to make sure I ordered the right size, and ended up sizing down to a 6 because the 6.5 felt loose. After thinking I wanted the slimmer, more feminine version for a while, I went for these in the end because they're unisex and I liked the boxier look. Really pleased with the only Christmas gift I asked for!
I have been considering DM's for about 2 years now and eventually decided to get on and buy my first pair. It was definitely a good decision! They fit true to size, the leather very soft and already comfy, the sole is flexible and fits well & as you would expect the quality looks really high. I look forward to wearing these for many years and buying another pair soon, unless DM are kind enough to choose me for the free pair!
these fit my narrow size 13 feet SO much better than my classic 1461 shoes (which i wear with an extra insole and a tongue pad.) the ambassador leather only took a few hours ofvwear and one application of leather honey to break in fully. only downside: super sticky laces which that require any adjustment of tightness to be done eye by eye up the boot from the issue. iām hoping that the hiking boot laces iām replacing them with fix this.
these are my 6th pair of docs and theyāre by far the comfiest pair iāve ever owned. took literally no breaking in because of the soft leather. wore thick socks for the first week or so but didnāt do anything differently. i picked these specifically for the matt look and brassy eyelets and i love them. i originally wanted the vegan 1460ās because of the gold eyelets but they were insanely uncomfy, so very glad i found these!
