I LOVE these boots, the shape of them are so so nice. I was a size UK 6.5 in these boots, but other styles I am a UK 6 so would recommend trying on for size. The fluffy lining is lovely and soft and just goes around the ankle not the whole boot. Iâm still wearing mine in so need a few plasters around the edge of my little toe but the leather will soften up soon. Would definitely recommend these!

My daughter loves her first pair of Dr. Martens. She loves the more platformed bottom on these and the black outsole. She has not had any issues with breaking them in yet. She wore them around the house and then on two long walks in the snow yesterday and Iâve heard no complaints. She is wearing them with heavy weight Darn Tough socks. So that could be making a big difference. We also got them a little on the big side in a womenâs 8. She is an 8 but these seem to be roomy. I am a womanâs 8.5-sometimes 9 and I could fit my foot in them fine. Although Iâd get a 9 if I were to actually own a pair. She is just 13 so it gives her foot room to grow and if not we can always add an insole. I say, if you canât beat âem, join âem. The Bex soles are perfect for giving you that little extra âboostâ of height without being so rude that it seems like youâre doing it on purpose. For that reason, I recommend it as the best overall option for a sturdy concert boot that wonât make your feet too sore after standing on hard concrete for several hours!

Got the Dr Martens rugged and dressed aesthetic, but also the usual issues as with most ankle-high boots made of tough leather-esque material. Needs some breaking in to make it comfortable for longer wear. At the moment, my calves know they're hitting against the top of the boot with every step. Wish they would line the cuff edge with some cushioning to make it softer against the calf. The laces were not thought out at all. They're a flimsy, slim polyester blend that don't really hold. Haven't got much wear from my pair, since I've been looking for a new pair of laces to replace the originals. Not what you expect when you pay this much for a pair of Docs.
Loving this boot. The size is true, although a little loose/wide but I have narrow feet and I can wear thick socks to adjust. It is stiff and not as comfortable out of the box as my other docs. I added ribbon laces and these are soooo cute ! I love them! I wore them around the house and to the office to break them in. Try warming the leather up and then walking around in them. The warmer the shoe the more they give. 10/-0 recommend.
These are a great fit for me. The Women's 1460 size 8s did not work as they were too tight/narrow. My feet are slightly wider than average. But these Bex Unisex have a comfortable width. Now for the process of breaking them in! I like platform height of the Bex sole as well. A little extra height but nothing crazy.
The boots live up to the DR Marten brand and are well worth their money. My issue is the lack of any mention of them being the vegan version on the product page which gives off the impression they are of the real leather type. This wasn't a particular issue for me but the lack of clarity and option to return the product because of it makes this dishonest advertising. This is potentially harmful to the consumer due to the expensive nature of these boots.

I have a wide foot and after reading mixed reviews on sizing I figured sticking with my normal size was safe. Unfortunately the 9 felt way too big even after pulling the laces in and wearing thick socks. The shoes were loose everywhere except at the top of the boot, where it felt tight around my ankle and was digging into the back. I figured this had to do with them being too large elsewhere and me having to pull the laces tight. I returned and ordered a size down to an 8 in addition to 2 other styles, both in size 8 (Bex Chelsea style and Vegan Jadon II). But those boots were soft, comfortable, looked great, and lasted forever. I could easily have bought cheapie boots at Walmart NEW for $40 to $60 dollars that would easily rival these in form and fit. Could you call them knock offs? Perhaps. But they would have shoes leather that was already pliable and comfortable in-store. Not something you had to wear for two years before you made an ankle crease. That's nuts.I feel ripped off. I used to sell shoes and my father was a Furrier and Leather hand bag maker when I was a kid, so I know what goes into such things of finery. This product is a JOKE by comparison. In the 1970's the Levi Straus company decided to take the drastic measure of adding rocks to the pockets and tumble washing their products to make them more appealing. It worked and the entire world wanted soft Jeans you could put on and have that broken in feel. Perhaps your company might consider getting off your dumb high horse and making something that is worth the ridiculous price. I desperately wish I could get my money back.
