These slingbacks are definitely Dr Martens in quality and cool factor, but they are not as in your face as my Doc boots and shoes. They are super comfy and their lightness is a welcome style statement for Spring!!
My last name is Isham… I saw these cute “mule type Docs so I purchased 2 pair. 1 for me, 1 for my Dtr we both love how comfy they are. No stiff breaking period needed
I LOVE THESE! These don't seem to run big like other docs I have so get your regular size. I also have to wear them in sport-mode to keep them from flying off my feet. But so cute.
The shoe itself is pretty cute, but the suede is not distressed in an elegant relaxed way, it’s distressed in a way that makes the shoes look cheap. It’s hard to tell on camera, but even opening the box, I could see fabric that had shed off of the shoe. The strap is also too big for the shoe, leaving it looking like it’s floating and adding to the cheap look. These shoes would be super cute if they were in the $50 range, but I expect better quality for a doc marten.
Wanted to get these instead of Birkenstock as am an avid Dr Martin fan and love the 3 pairs that I own.But alas, Incredibly flawed. largely from the weight of the shoe and the way that doesn't work on a sandal. I expect after a days wearing you would have awful blisters. Unlike other Dr martins I think that after wearing from a prolonged period of time the shoe would actually get worse and not better. Sagging from the wight of the sole and ultimately being a huge waste of money. I have since returned and brought a pair of Birkenstock clogs.Shame because they Look dope. Untill you put them on.
Love them! They’re soft, stylish, true size. My go-to shoes are NB 990v because I can run errands nonstop but lately I find myself using these Martens for the same reason.
Looked ok..colour was a little “blah” I have at least 20 pairs of Dr Martens shoes—-all the same size…these were huge and extremely wide. The unisex doesn’t work for this shoe. Sadly, I had to send back and pay for shipping on 2 pairs.
