I purchased a pair of these a few years ago and have walked many Nursing miles in them. They are great quality, look smart and are so comfortable it was a no brainer to replace them with the same shoes. I was delighted to fin that the price point was still competitive. Great shoe, no negative comments to make.

Went a half size up. So 9.5s for 9 feet.Worn with docs double socks and almost immediately comfortable. No rubbing and really surprised that these vegan versions seem to subtle up so quick.Had a creaking sole for tge first 2 days but no doubt a tread wearing in thong and after that, pretty much perfect.

Husband absolutely thrilled with these shoes. Firstly because they are Vegan and secondly because they are so comfortable. He has two pairs now. One matt black and one cherry shiny red. Good hard wearing soles. Look nice and smart too.

These seem to be missing a component of the mid/insole that the normal 1461’s have that gives padding. It feels like walking on straight wood - no give.Additionally, they are loud - every step makes a clomping sound that resembles the sound of high heels or the clip-clop of a horse. I’ve tried to bend the shoe by hand to break it in and get rid of the noise but it did not help.
Really lovely but I had to return them as they were far too big. I’m not sure if this is a feature of the vegan shoe as many reviewers said their shoes were true to size.They were so roomy I didn’t have the confidence to order the next size down, I might even need two sizes smaller than my usual size. Disappointed that I had to return them as I was looking forward to wearing them.
I have worn my shoes a handful of times now and disappointed to see a scuff mark! I thought they would be indestructible. Using google to find the best method to preserve vegan Dr Martens is difficult too. They are super comfortable I just hope I can find a way to remove the scuff and preserve the material!
I'm very happy to have finally found a pair of shoes that fit my requirements: don't hurt my feet, non-leather, sturdy and repairable. I have not given them 5 stars because I would have preferred black sole and stitching but that style is not available in the vegan range. Also, although they don't hurt my feet, which is a massive plus, they are not as comfy as my previous pair of shoes. So although this is not my Holy Grail in terms of shoes, it's pretty close.
The vegan shoes are my favorite. I bought these for my husband and he thought they felt good upon putting them on and liked the look and feel of sturdiness and steadiness they provided. He wore them to work and came home limping that evening. The shoes’ inflexible and sharp edges around the ankles cut into him. Sadly, they cannot be returned because they were worn. Our worst of many Docs purchased.
At first, like other reviews mention, these shoes are rather stiff but after breaking them in, I am feeling comfortable in them. True to size. I really hope they make the reeder utility shoes in vegan leather!! for now, these will do! I wear these while I teach and have no issues. Classy and comfortable.
yellow lines dot around the toe and black sheer oil swollen. the foot bleeds at first, and softens sharp till walking round as once afore. classic, bold, punk-like ordinary. putable for work and play and much must pay but to sure value hold fast and go toward the shoe put well amongst us.
