I have been using this product for years and have never had a problem with it. At first it was a little tricky getting my cats to swallow them, until my vet showed me how he administers pills. - Cat in front of me, tilting her head back, putting my thumb and finger on either sides of her mouth to open and with my other hand I put the pill on the back of her tongue, close her mouth and rub her throat until she shallows. Works a treat :-)

Adverse reactions

I gave my larger cat two tablets and my smaller cat one tablet. Three hours later the smaller cat was listless, lost her appetite, was cold and hyperventilating. Thankfully she had recovered fully by next morning, but it was concerning. My larger cat had no reaction. Please be aware of adverse reactions in some cats.

I rescue both dogs and cats and use Drontal on all my rescues. Does a phenomenal job! Been using it for atleast 10 yrs.

Easy to use

It's not always easy to find a workingProduct that includes tapeworm and this one delivers. My cats are easy toAdminister tablets to, but I also feed a feral stray and for him I dissolve the tablet in water and mix it in his food without any problems.

I love how convenient it is to be able to give my cat her medicine and it not be a long drawn out process with liquid medicine all over the place. It works great too!

Im glad I found this

I got this food after reading in depth ingredients reviews on specialized websites and this one one was one of the best affordable cat food I could get in Australia. No bi-products or grains and clear ingredients list, my cat is much healthier since we changed his food for this one. You can see he is filled up faster than with his previous dry foodIts not the cheapest but the quality is here, its definitely worth the price.Also the pebbles are small which is perfect for my older cat.

Not for Fussy Cats

Total waste of money. Purchased to give to rescue cat that won't tolerate being held. According to vet pharmacy, these tablets can be crushed and mixed with food.My little lad would rather die of starvation than eat the food these tablets were mixed in.He does not mind other medications that are mixed with food.Not a happy customer. Not a happy kitty

Pill way to big for cats

Pill is HUGE and I can not fit it in a pill pocket let alone hide it. I tried crushing and putting in food and they would not eat the food.

Was hard work trying to get him to swallow it.Then 5 minute later he regurgitated the whole pill.

My cat didn't like the pill.Very large.
