At first it was a little tricky getting my cats to swallow them, until my vet showed me how he administers pills. - Cat in front of me, tilting her head back, putting my thumb and finger on either sides of her mouth to open and with my other hand I put the pill on the back of her tongue, close her mouth and rub her throat until she shallows. Works a treat :-)

I gave my larger cat two tablets and my smaller cat one tablet. Three hours later the smaller cat was listless, lost her appetite, was cold and hyperventilating. Thankfully she had recovered fully by next morning, but it was concerning. My larger cat had no reaction. Please be aware of adverse reactions in some cats.

Have used this product consistently, and find it effective. I do change brand from timer to time to enable the continuing efficacy.
It's not always easy to find a workingProduct that includes tapeworm and this one delivers. My cats are easy toAdminister tablets to, but I also feed a feral stray and for him I dissolve the tablet in water and mix it in his food without any problems.

Very happy I can buy this in multiple tablets at a good price. Best to feed kittens via mouth and not in food as they just eat around it.
Total waste of money. Purchased to give to rescue cat that won't tolerate being held. According to vet pharmacy, these tablets can be crushed and mixed with food.My little lad would rather die of starvation than eat the food these tablets were mixed in.He does not mind other medications that are mixed with food.Not a happy customer. I have been using Drontal Cat Wormer on all of my 3 cats for the past year. They are really easy to use with the applicator syringe that is also available from Drontal. The applicator helps to eject the tablet into the back of the cats mouth and they usually swallow the tablet without any dramas. It is great that this product lasts for 3 months and that the cats only have to be dosed 4 times a year.
