It's been years since I bought any Ecco shoes online or in a store since all newer models didn't feel comfortable at all for me, so I resorted to hunting down ones from early 2000's which were excellent. Well, after wearing these sandals entire summer (bought 2 pairs), I can't recommend them highly enough. I wear 39 in Women's, and 39 in Men's are just slightly big, but they are so much wider then women's model (which I tried as well). Grey suede goes with everything. Surprisingly, black leather Cozmos were somewhat squeaky, so had to return those.

These are light but feel sturdy. They have minimal cushioning but feel really comfortable. They offer support in the instep. I just can't say enough positive things about these sandals

European sizes should stay in Europe simple as that. These sandals are made of suade leather and do stretch significantly and if you go a smaller size your toes stick out a bit more.Stick with shoes at least they feel incapsulated and don't feel like your feet will slide out.

My first Ecco shoe was their sandal. It was brilliant compared to other sandals I had worn. So I decided to try their slide. Wow. It feels so comfortable and fits my foot perfectly. Just great on a hot day with hot feet.
Most comfortable slip on sandals I have ever owned. Being able to adjust the straps means they stay on and you don’t have to curl your toes to keep them on. Can quite happily wear them walking extended distances
This was the third pair of ECCO's I have had to return because they did not run true to size, and thus there was an unacceptably poor fit. This is very disappointing because I like wearing ECCO shoes that fit. The COZMO was a lightweight Scandanavian style sandal with Nubuk style uppers that seemed quite thin. Because these shoes were 1+" too long at the toe, and 7/8" too long at the heel, I didn't even try them, so cannot comment of comfort. They look like they would be quite comfortable IF they did fit. Having had to return this many pairs for the same concern suggest erratic QC in the "sorting"/sizing department. That shouldn't be too hard to remedy.
I was so impressed with the tan slides I bought I decided I needed another pair, but in black. In summer with hot feet they are heaven.
I really appreciate the quality and comfort- my favorites! Just ordered another pair for myself and husband! We both love ours!
As an avid ECCO customer I would have to say that these ECCO 2ND COZMO slides are by far the best offered by ECCO for a long time, ever since the ECCO COLLIN Sandal/Thong which was superior of its time several years ago. Sandals need to be comfortable and easy on the feet, and this sandal delivers it all.
Flexible, easily adjustable straps with velcro for an excellent fit, light weight, very comfortable and cool. A bit pricey but worth every cent.
