The only ecco shoe I have found that is designed for an extra skinny foot. Anything else will render the shoe unusable. Unable to return due to absent customer care so be warned.

Best Shoe Ever Made

First of all, I'm not a shoe guy, or a review writing guy for that matter, but I feel compelled to review these. I wear shoes, of course, but could almost care less about them other than I don't want to go around barefoot. I bought these shoes about 3 years ago at DSW and I'm now here on the ecco site ordering another pair, and I will continue to do so as long as they make these. Only now after 3 years of almost daily wear and countless beatings have they gotten to the point of needing replacement. They're still comfortable but the sole has some cracks in it, I melted some of the rubber on a fire pit, and part of the top of the sole is separating. They're also getting scuffed and stained. In fact I plan on taking better care of the new pair and still using the old pair for taking further beatings. If I had any complaint it's that paying this much for a pair of shoes is outrageous for me but these guys are worth every penny. Probably more. They're supremely comfortable, and almost comically durable and can be worn anywhere except a swimming pool, or running. I wear them for work (office), hiking, yard work, home projects (they were on my feet every day of a DIY kitchen remodel), fishing, camping...anything. They've gotten wet with salt water, fresh water, and various other liquids, and I've never felt a drop on my feet. They've been covered in dust and dirt and sand, fish guts and bait juice, . If you want a tough good looking breathable waterproof shoe that fits in at the office, the job site, or the woods these are it.

Comfy and good-looking

I need a work boot that looks like a dress shoe. This is it!! The support is so much better than other dress shoes I have. So happy with this purchase!!

Good shoe, difficult purchase process

I received this shoe and liked the product but I needed a larger size. I was disappointed at how expensive and cumbersome the return process has been. Ecco does not provide Pre-paid return labels so the cost of return postage was high and I am still waiting for a credit to be processed. I may very well buy Ecco shoes in the future but I will not do so through their website.

Quality Shoe

I had the same pair years ago and loved them. Needed to take 1 size bigger now for a more comfortable fit with a thick sock. Always happy with my Ecco’s! Thanks

Takes a while to break in

I bought these for late Autumn travel in Europe to prepare for wet weather. It performed very well against rain. However, I made a mistake of not breaking it in before travel and there were a few days where last two toes felt cramped and were sore after all day walking. They were very comfortable towards the end of 10 days trip, however. Overall, they are very nice pair of boots - very stylish, and versatile and comfortable, you will only need these for the whole trip.

Ticks every box

I was looking for a good looking, tough, waterproof, comfortable low-cut boot and this does it all.Very pleased with my purchase.

Value for the money, comfortable

Fits well and comfortable, I can fell the arch support. It has been raining a lot recently and my feet dry walking through puddles or light mud.

Wear it casual with jeans for walking or working

This are great shes for everyday wearing, comfortable to walk or stand during the day. Weather resistant and stylish. goes well with my jeans and I use them for travel. As soon as I took them out of the box they felt a little narrow but after wearing them several times it feels snug to my feet. Sole is very comfortable.

I liked the shoes but am unable to wear them. Previous reviews said shoes run small but I disregarded and bought normal size. I thought they would break in but remain too tight. Could not exchange outright for bigger size, policy is to return and buy another pair. I had purchased shoes with a savings code. good shoe but buy bigger size.
