Easy, affordable and great eco friendly product. I really enjoy using these nappies on my daughter as I try to be as eco friendly as possible and after research I found these to be the best option. I do have reusable modern cloth nappies too but I was finding they needed to be washed more and I would go through more each day ending in a lot of water usage so I was happy to find a this product which degrades is such a short time as a pose to the normal 500 years for standard disposable nappies !!They are simple, hold a lot of wee in, and just generally feel, look and work better then other enviro products I have used. I find they have a better coverage on the sides as pose to other nappies. I ordered 3 packs of size 0 and 3 packs size 1. They’ve constantly leaked *** up my baby boys back despite being fastidious with how we are fitting the nappies during changes. I don’t know if it’s the design or the absorbency but these are not for us. I’ve only just opened the first size 1 pack now he’s in the right weight range and it didn’t last a 1.5 hour nap. Other eco brands haven’t had this issue, won’t be buying again and will gift these elsewhere.

I loved that these are eco friendly (as can be) whilst also being gentle on bubs skin without all the chemicals and plastics. We have had zero leaks so far and they can hold a lot of liquid. However if bub does a really big wee the outside of the nappy can feel a bit damp as obviously it’s not covered with that typical plastic nappy material. But not enough to wet through so it wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Our bub was quite small at birth wearing 00000 clothes so the newborn size were still slightly too big for her but compared to another eco brand we bought these were much more snug and an appropriate size - the other brands were ginormous! Would buy again.

We loved the idea of eco nappies, a product that is great for the environment and our baby, they feel great and look natural with no unnecessary dyes etc, however, we are so disappointed with the function of these nappies, every time we use them they leak wee and poo and we have to change our newborns clothes, wrap etc every time we change him him. We can’t use the nappies at night as they leak through to the bed. We spent $150 on our first order and can’t use any of them. The wipes were great, but we will not be purchasing these nappies again. Such a shame as we wanted these to be our go to nappy for the next few years!
I have struggled finding a disposable night time pull-up for my 2yr old since switching from cloth (***** training). He is a heavy wetter and feeds during the night still so we our night nappy to be reliable! I briefly trialed huggies but the toxic reality of their nappies made me look further to find a better option. Eco originals are gentle on my little ones skin and last the entire night! We love them and have just signed up for the subscription so we don’t run out! Thank you for creating a baby & earth friendly nappy x
I'm sorry I really wanted to love the product but I didn't. There was a muck up with my order so it took 2 weeks from ordering to arrive. It wasn't packaged well so wipes and nappies were squashed and out of shape.I have had lots of leaks and they do not last overnight for my two little ones. Also my daughter who is quite active, the nappy is all bally on the outside when I take it off. I know they are eco friendly which is great but for the price I expected better service and performance.
I loveeeee these nappies my toddler has been in eco originals since she came into this world, and my second on the way will be too! The nappies are such a superior product to anything else on the market. They are super soft, nappy pants are soo easy my baby loves them and we love the less land fill and waste, she has never had nappy rash and I’m convinced it’s because of the quality of these nappies! The only negative is after two years of religiously using them I haven’t been able to get them for a couple of months now as they are always sold out ☹ So I’ve had to use inferior brands which she gets rashy from and wets through them through the night, looking forward to them being back in stock !
Awful. Tabs did not stay attached, so my son's nappy kept falling off and ending up around his knees. Needed extra tape to stay on. Two broke open and spilled crystals/jelly everywhere, which was great fun to clean up. Tried one overnight and my son's pyjamas were wet around the crotch and smelled of urine in the morning. The outside of the nappy was wet too, so it had obviously soaked through. I really wanted to do the eco thing and help the planet, but I can't put up with a product that is this inferior to regular nappies.
We have been a cloth nappy family since our now 5 year old was a baby. Back then we only used disposable nappies and wipes when we travelled, and loved Ecoriginals. Recently our daughter has been in a hip brace, which means cloth is out of the picture for a few weeks. We were buying Ecoriginals at Foodlamd (SA) but decided it would be more economical to buy in bulk from the online store. This was very easy to arrange and the delivery was very quick. The only thing that annoys me is that the sizing on the packaging is in pounds rather than kilograms.
Have been using Ecoriginals since bub was a couple of months old. She Is now 9 months old and we would never use anything else. She’s never had nappy rash besides from wearing crèche nappies during the day on the odd occasion and her Ecoriginals cover the whole night without leaking. We had to buy another brand as emergency nappies when I didn’t reorder quick enough and overnight bub was waking at least 3 times with a full nappy. The first night back in Ecos and she slept right through. Absolutely love them.
