I recently tried the EHP Labs supplement "Pride" and absolutely loved the Raspberry Twizzle, Strawberry Snowcone, and Fantasy Soda flavors—they are delicious and make my pre-workout routine enjoyable. However, I wasn't a fan of the Blue Slushie flavor. The supplement itself is fantastic; it provides excellent clarity and focus during workouts without any crash or jitters. Highly recommended for those looking for a reliable and tasty pre-workout boost!

Awesome. No jitters with a good boost!

I have been taking it for about two weeks now and my appetite is completely Changed. I still eat my proteins carbs etc. but I crave absolutely nothing and the boost is awesome. No jitters no nausea or anything during or after the work out. I take it on an empty stomach beginning early in the morning with a work out and it still does amazing no upset stomach. I highly recommend for women wanting the extra drive to lose an extra few pounds or even a boost during your day. Great product.

One of the worst

I'm still new when it comes to working out as I've only been doing it for about two years now but I know a lot when it comes to pre. I try a different brand every month and this has to be one of the top 5 worst brands I've used. I appreciate all the flavor options and I got blue slushie which tasted as you would imagine, a watered down slushie, so I wasn't too mad at it as it was easy to get down. I was severely disappointed it's in lack of energy boosting. I work out late nights so I'm a bit tired and when I tell you I was YAWNING and struggling to keep my eyes open during my entire workout. This gave me no focus, boost, or pump to keep me going. I tried to give it a chance but I just couldn't finish it.

Got the Pride Pre-workout in the raspberry flavour. Tastes really good and I want to try all the other flavours now!It has a good caffeine release which doesn’t then cause crashes but is enough to keep you energised throughout training.The pumps are insaneeeee!I love this pre because it’s just what you want, it’s not so hardcore that there is tingles or itchiness (although I know some people do love that) but it’s enough to have a great session!All round a great pre-workout, well done EHPlabs 🫶 you’ve successfully marketed it as a product both men and women feel they can use as well which it very tricky within the supps industry 👏

Hi guys! JUST WANNA SAY IVE NEVER USED THIS BRAND BEFORE BUT HONESTLY I HEARD SO MANY GOOD THINGS AND IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A PREBWORKOUT AND I FOUND EHP! And was like im gonna buy it ok the packaging is on point! And the flavor omgggggg itsnlike my coffee. I am sooo glad i found this brand to buy from them always! Hopefully one day be one of their athletes! Im obsessed with their pre i gotta try theirs creatine i heard its sooooo amazinnnnng😩😩😩

Taste is awful but does what it is meant to

Recently got a tub of the Raspberry Twizzle flavour and it is almost undrinkable. I can't even taste raspberry at all, I just get a very strong bitter taste like the worst kind of cough medicine, it's almost enough to make me gag. I've tried a lot of different pre-workout powders and some taste better than others but this one is so terrible I'm wondering if it's a bad batch? - as I can't see any other bad reviews about the flavour. Tried mixing with coconut water and it did not help at all. On the plus side it does give the boost of energy needed to get through a tough workout, but man that taste - !!

Tastes like poison

I purchased the rasberry twizzle fo shizzle. Was so excited to try this but I'm not exaggerating when I say that I thought the product was defected because of how bad it tasted. I was almost vomiting just trying to swallow it but because it cost so much I don't want to waste it. Aside from the foul taste it actually gave me an amazing energy boost with no jitters at all like oxyshred does and was exactly what i eas looking for. I wouldve loved to keep using it but I physically can not swallow it due to the chemically taste and I'll have to go back to using oxyshred which made me jittery 😞

The best of the best!

I wake up in the morning and wonder what I’m doing with my life. I never liked mornings until I got ahold of the best pre-workout in the game! The sour apple flavour has changed my life. I live for the mornings and smashing back a glass of pre-workout, which gives me the absolute motivation of Ronnie Coleman screaming in my ear when hitting my PB’s. It’s long lasting, so right until I go to bed I’m energised and ready to take on the world. There’s no itchy skin or sweats and headaches that other brands have given me before, it’s just a feeling of being reborn. It’s the equivalent of being baptised by Arnold Schwarzenegger everyday. I’d say grab yourself some now, but I hope you don’t so there’s more for me. Thanks, bye.

Unfortunately not what I expected.

I really wanted to like this pre workout and for the money and ingredients listed, I figured it would be a no brainer to purchase. Unfortunately I was wrong and after 3 works outs with the recommended serving amount (1-2 scoops), I can report that it is the first time a pre workout did not give me any type of effect or boost that I look for when going into a workout. Maybe my tolerance is high but for for $39, i expect nothing but the best out of a pre workout supplement. Maybe it'll work for someone else, but I can assure you this is the first time a pre workout did not work for me.

Yeah…NO

This is my first Website review in half a decade. Value for money for me is less than 1 star. Flavor is aiight as pre workouts are concerned - but 2 scoops is a must if you want to feel any semblance of energy, and even with that, the energy enhancing properties are MINIMAL at best. Doesn't provide energy to get me through any workout, and I don't really notice a crazy pump from it in all honesty. With that being said, the price point is outrageous for this pre workout. It's a big no from me. Maybe I'll check out other EHP products, but this ain't the one.
