I watched these products and read reviews before I ordered anything..I must say after eating clean and taking vitamins I was still always tired and even working out being sore and my recovery took days. I am so stocked that this actually work, like many others I’ve wasted a lot of money on others that didn’t deliver. I have been using Oxyshred ultra concentrate for about 4 months now as a training aid for MMA I’ve used it regularly (at least 4-5 times weekly) after my Mrs bought some. Since then I’ve purchased the weight loss bundle , the products I find that have worked best together are the Beyond BCAA and the Ultra concentrate. I’ve used many different pre workouts and supplements over years from other brands but most either make me feel sick when deep into a session or have negative affects the next day. Check your expiration date of sale items. I bought three protein powders and two pre workouts. Sale items (BOGO preworkout and raspberry ripple cheesecake protein powder) expire in 3-4 months of receiving. Instead of sending me a replacement, they offered a refund. Be careful when you buy. None sale items had an acceptable one year expiration date. Unacceptable. I expected better from a company that’s so popular among the fitness community. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I thoroughly enjoyed just about everything about this product. The PUMPS were genuinely awesome as I felt more energetic durring my workout. However...sad to say that something in the product just doesnt completely agree with my stomach. After a workout my stomach felt a little funny. Ofcourse take that with a grain of salt because you may respond differently to this supplement. Other than that...its a solid product worth a try. I'd say my main thoughts of improvent for this product would be to increase the total serving amount to 60 servings. So that if you take 2 scoops (like most probably will) that this product would last you 30 days. Last time i wasnt really prioritizing hydration and was wondering why my punps were sub optimal WITHOUT using this product. After I learned that with optimal hydration, our bodies our able to get a sick pump withought taking product. So naturally i thought "What would happen if i took this product with optimal body hydration" and HOLY SHIT I've never felt a pump more insane before dudes. I'm able to train for 2 and 1/2 hours (twice a week) and crank out 5 HIGH QUALITY sets (some times more) per body part in a FULL BODY program. Im mainly training for strength bur STILL get an amazing pump. I really feel thier special caffeine blend doing its job too. Also With better hydration I no longer feel discomfurt in my stomache like i did before. I would 1,000% RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT 😁😁😁😎
I love this brand and this particular product. The taste is a little hard to get used to, but manageable. But I will tell you, that after two times of using this, I can feel the difference. I always had a hard time with morning workouts. Morning workouts are kind of hard to get going and push hard compared to evening workouts. After two morning workouts, I was ready to go and I was pushing more and harder than my evening workouts. The most important thing I like about this compared to similar products, my heart isn't racing and I don't feel jittery after taking it. My old pre-workout went straight in the trash after I liked the results of this product after four uses. The results heavily outweigh the taste and I will continue to buy this.
I'm still new when it comes to working out as I've only been doing it for about two years now but I know a lot when it comes to pre. I try a different brand every month and this has to be one of the top 5 worst brands I've used. I appreciate all the flavor options and I got blue slushie which tasted as you would imagine, a watered down slushie, so I wasn't too mad at it as it was easy to get down. I was severely disappointed it's in lack of energy boosting. I work out late nights so I'm a bit tired and when I tell you I was YAWNING and struggling to keep my eyes open during my entire workout. This gave me no focus, boost, or pump to keep me going. I tried to give it a chance but I just couldn't finish it.

Despite glowing reviews from various websites, this pre-workout is, by far, the worst I’ve ever taken—unless I received a dud PRIDE. The flavor makes you feel sick, especially on an empty stomach. I’ve given Pride a chance four out of five times to see if I could get used to the taste, but it doesn’t improve.Reviews suggest the flavoring is like a blueberry snow cone or slushie, but this tastes nothing like it. It reminds me more of the candies left behind at the end of a showbag. This is surprising, considering EHP's flavoring is generally nice.While it’s decently effective when partnered with Oxyshred Hardcore, I wouldn’t use it on its own.
This is a 20 serving product! Not 40 unless you want the same under dosed product you have been using. Check the label on your current product and stretch this to 40 and you'll now be saving money and getting 10 servings free. But this product is also a EAA product as well! At 20 servings Very well dosed as a pre and bcaa! Someone commented on its low L-Citrulline dose? Not many have more then 5 grams per serving. So an uneducated review. For my money and the fact that I'm getting two great dosed products in one make it a very good deal. The flavor which I guess is third on the list for me is awesome as well.
This is my first MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP review in half a decade. Value for money for me is less than 1 star. Flavor is aiight as pre workouts are concerned - but 2 scoops is a must if you want to feel any semblance of energy, and even with that, the energy enhancing properties are MINIMAL at best. Doesn't provide energy to get me through any workout, and I don't really notice a crazy pump from it in all honesty. With that being said, the price point is outrageous for this pre workout. It's a big no from me. Maybe I'll check out other EHP products, but this ain't the one.
