I won't be using any other foundation after trying Fenty. It blends matches my skin tone so well without having to mix more than one shade! With other foundation brands I usually have to mix 2 different shades to get close to my actual skin tone. With Fenty it's accurate with just 1 shade. Even greater is that there are at least 2 shades by Fenty I can use: 300 for the fall/winter seasons when I am more pale and 310 for the spring and summer seasons when I'm am more tanned. Over a medium coverage concealer treated as a true foundation it works FABULOUSLY, and I used it very lightly to just tone down my overly-dewy spf with just a neutral blush and some mascara for a quick errand run also with excellent results. I haven't played around with upping the coverage, but regardless of the actual maximum coverage it is exceedingly flexible. I have found it just a touch drying around my eyes/undereyes when I played around with covering the undereye bags - better eye moisturizer or a mid-day facial mist would probably fix that. It can settle a bit into my lines, though literally everything I use does that and it could be partly the spf (yes I use the CT setting spray too). Hasn't broken me out with a week of use, though I'm not prone to breakouts.

The description states it's a matte buildable medium to full coverage, but a little goes a long way! I didn't need to use much product to achieve a full coverage, and the matte finish is so soft and more natural looking, rather than looking cakey. This foundation is long lasting but nothing spectacular in that department. I set my makeup with a powder, and it usually lasts for the night out. I've noticed some transferring at times, but nothing too bad. Overall, a great product and new addition to my favorites.

I tested this foundation while having it on for a typical 8 hour day being out doing errands and it stayed matte, with some slight creasing by the end of the night but nothing too noticeable. This is a great foundation when taking pictures, but it’s important to remember that at the end of the day, makeup lays on top of skcgjkkin so there will be texture. However, if you are able to take care of your skin and put skincare first before makeup you can have a decently smooth surface to put on makeup smoothly, but what is good about this foundation is that the skincare aspect has been taken into consideration. This foundation has been great during the winter time and it’ll probably be even better during the summer with the sweatproof and waterproof formula. I had a great experience with this foundation and I typically only use concealer because foundation is another layer I don’t want to add to my makeup routine, but I’ll give this product the exception. A lot of aspects of this is product is positive and truly the few downsides of this product is it’s pricey and if you tend to be oily you still may need to powder your face if you plan to have a night out of fun. Overall, I have the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro filter soft matte long ware foundation in 145 (32 ml). This product is lightweight and is easy to blend into the skin. I love wearing this product because it's medium coverage while being buildable. It's not heavy on the skin and doesn't make me feel cakey, this product complements my skin and makes my skin look flawless. It's not drying or blottchy on my skin and doesn't make my pores feel enlarged. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants good coverage, that's buildable but is lightweight on the skin. It's a decent price range, and a little goes a long way for this product. I would continue to repurchase this product as needed, it's one of my top favorite foundations.
