Too over engineered. Bottoms are basic well tailored. Fabric synthetic blend offering little benefit dries slower and breathes less than common poly cotton blends that I own. Fabric cannot be hung dry like most synthetics, too many wrinkles. Top design overdone with no benefit in comfort or style.

As a tall guy this purchase was most importantly about fit. I’m 6’4” and right around 255 pounds and this fits me pretty well. I wish they offered tall sizes, but I could only find tall pants, not scrub tops. I have a longer torso so I’m always concerned about shirt length. This one still fits great after several wash and dry cycles.

I am a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan & the Oasis color is perfect. The fabric is soft & the fit is slightly oversized. However, it's just the way I like my scrubs. I've had the top with side pockets & the one without. I personally prefer the Leon style. It lays down & looks better. Well done Figs

I have been a Figs collector and loyal fan for 5 years now. What made me stay with Figs and expand my wardrobe to include outerwear, footwear, leisure apparel, accessories, bags etc. was the superb quality of the materials used, particularly with their scrubs. That quality is now being compromised. I purchased a fresh set of Royal Blue Figs (which is my 5th pair of the same style and color throughout the years) style is: Leon Scrub top and Cairo scrub pants. After the first wash, once I air dried, the button on the fly ripped off as I put them on. This has now happened with 3 sets particularly with newer launches or relaunches (black, royal blue, smokey taupe). This never happened before, bc the buttons were reinforced. In the past 3 months I have submitted 3 complaints, and eventhough the customer service is alright, the quality of the materials and overall customer service experience is hard to ignore and not submit a review on. In the past few months I've had issues with ordering and paying for items and then after the transaction, days apart, order got canceled d/t "sold out" which unfortunately was a set and color that I needed as part of my collection, issues with missing items, issues with dropping $1k consitently and not receiving one measly sticker in the box, this was "resolved" with a "sorry" and mid-level discount of like 20% (that i did not request). Faulty systems, cheaper materials/quality, mid customer service, is why I am submitting this review so that Quality Control/Marketing can maybe look into it. I don't want a 20% discount, I don't want an apology, I don't want my money back or items replaced. I've worn many different brands of scrubs over my 23 year career as a respiratory therapist. All of them fit a little loose. I figured try out Figs. So I ordered same size I have ordered in previous brands. Figs have a good feel and style. When I wore them though, I looked like a plump sausage. Also why dose a 3 pocket scrubs top, have one pocket with 2 pouches in it, instead of 2 pockets on the side?
I love Dark Harbor but my most recent top was absolutely not in line with previous sizing. I still have my older top in the same color, same size, and same product material and it fits completely different.If it weren’t for several other instances I would have written it off but, every pair of bottoms I’ve ordered since the hydro green release in 21 have also been had the same issue.The worst part is that there isn’t a clear difference that indicates the need for a size change and the lack of continuity is across varying colors.
This scrub is fraying, and the material quality is not like it used to be. The stitching doesn’t fit well, and the color faded after just one wash. Threads are coming out of the fabric. On top of that, the customer service was a complete disaster. Very disappointed with this brand. 0 customer care. Boycott it. Many cheaper brands out there. Also, took them 4 weeks to send me the scrubs. Why 4 weeks??
Great scrub top. I just wish it came with a badge loop between the neck and shoulder. I know the Cairo Scrub pants of a badge loop on the pants, but lets be real. Most modern hospitals used badges as a way for staff to "badge" into the computers instead of manually logging in by typing your username and PW. Badge readers are at chest level in patient rooms or on top of a desk when you are sitting. Pulling your badge reel from your pants in either of these scenarios does not make sense. It makes more sense functionally to have badge loops on scrub tops than on scrub pants.
The batch of scrubs that I received have an awful metallic smell that won’t go away even with their specific washing instructions. The smell is stronger on the darker colored scrubs. I emailed Figs about this and they told me they would send me replacement but then stopped responding to me. That is terrible customer service and unprofessional to not follow through when I was sent a defective product.
