As an ex surf life saver and 69 years young these paddles are brilliant, after using them for about three months my technique has improved and I have more strength in my upper body . I also had a shoulder reconstruction and feel it has been the best rehab I could have had. I would highly suggest these items be introduced to anyone having to do rehab for any shoulder surgery and recovery.

I love these fins. I’ve been using small finger paddles for years as I have small hands and a dicky right shoulder so I didn’t want to overload it. A friend showed me your hand paddles and I immediately bought them, so impressed with the quick delivery and really love the way these paddles self correct my stroke.

I bought these paddles from the website, as Finis don't have a shopfront. Subsequently, I had to make an estimate of the appropriate size, using the online sizing chart.The paddles, when they arrived, were a size too big, and Finis don't do exchanges or refunds.I used the paddles once and don't I intend to use them again. I find it extremely inconvenient that Finis don't have a shooting so goods can be tried out prior to purchase.
Help to ensure your free-style is correct and efficient through all phases of the arm stroke from catch to recovery and glide. Paddles fly off your hands if incorrect. I ordered the small size so the pulling force is not too hard on my shoulders. These paddles were recommended by a competitive team swim coach.
Overall, I love the ease of slipping in and out of these paddles. You didn't have to worry about the tubing rotting it pulling out either. They allow you to adjust a cap or goggles without major disruption. They are a little uncomfortable on the spot between your thumb and first finger. The floating feature has definite benefits but they might require a little more effort to push underwater; I can't fully decide if that's my imagination, though.
Recommended by our teenage swimmer's swim team coach, and after a week of use, we see why. The Finis gear is noticeably stronger and sturdier than other gear. Also, more compact, somehow, in an efficient way that works very well for drills. We are impressed.
We have been using Kiefer Deck Shorts for years with no problem, however, they are now using pressure letters on these great shorts. My guards have only been wearing them for a month and the GUARD letters are pealing off. the Kiefer logo, which used to be embroidered is now press on as well, the older pairs we have look newer than the new ones we have. The material is awesome, color is great, but the letters and logo pealing off makes my guards look unkempt. please go back to the embroidered lettering and logo. these will not last, I am looking at other brands now to replace these. What a shame!
As a frequent, "senior" swimmer, I recently added these to my routine. The paddles fit my X-large hands very well. These provide additional function to enhance my fitness in my arms/shoulders. They also help me improve my free-style technique. These are a win--win paddle. The quality of the paddles are also excellent.
