I've tried cheaper versions of this headgear velcro strap, but they just don't measure up to this. Very stable and comfortable. Easy to adjust for a snug fit. You get what you pay for! - I will never use the cheaply manufactured, flimsy inexpensive one ever again. This is the best!

The price of the product is reasonable, the material is cheap the velcro doesn't hold to good the clips doesn't come with the headgear. The original fisher paykel simplest full face headgear is much better material, the velcro is much better to.

The headgear for the Simplus is highly adjustable and has the perfect amount of stretch to it. It is designed to fit around the crown of the head. When I first tried on the Simplus, I tried to fit the upper strap straight over the top of my head, but then I noticed that it was angled on purpose. Once I figured out how it was supposed to work with the contours of the head, I found it very comfortable.

Replaced my old headgear that had fallen apart with this new one. Had to remove the clip from mynold headgear and put it on the new one, as the new clip had a different snap mechanism... single lip, instead of two "pins". Took about 15 min to figure out how to thread it, but finally got it to work. Also cut off that useless extra strap that serves no purpose. Other than that, FP gear works well.
Yes I recently purchased product from your firm. Since it is a replacement, I'm sure it will be of good quality. I say I'm sure because I have never received the product that I purchased from this company. After almost 2 weeks I called, customer service was very nice and said they would send another one out that day. I have never received either of them.
Could be designed better. Could use higher quality materials. Seems like it Is made to "wear out". Needs Velcro sewn onto sides so mask doesn't come apart after time. Currently, velco attaches itself to a very thin "low grade" top layer of material glued too a "low grade" neoprene material. It works but only for about 6 months then it all starts to come apart and you have to replace it!!!
This is just what I needed to get back to a good nights sleep. I tried adjusting the old one, buying different mouth/nose pieces, etc. It turned out, the headgear just needs to be replaced. Ordering was easy, shipping cost, reasonable, recieved it quickly with problems.
My husband likes the magnets on the side. They are strong. However, the velcro wears out after only a few months and the material on the side of the actual mask itself gets wet when you wash the mask and it takes a long time to dry. The light-weight rubber around the mask that is next to your skin is very comfortable, but it rips very easily and gets discolored quickly. All in all, it's not a good value for your money.
Most headgear have a little strip of fabric for the back of your neck causing your neck muscles to tighten up at night and cause headaches. This is the only headgear that truly supports the back of your neck. The straps are also wide enough that they won't slip out of the fittings in the middle of the night while you're trying to sleep. This head gear might be 3X what the skinny headgear cost but try one and you will never go back to the skinny stuff again!
Maybe it's just me but I have had a problem with both masks leaking air around the seals. The seals feel like what I've been used to and I hadn't changed the tightness of the head gear. I know the headgear sometimes stretches during use but because I have TMJ I have to continually be aware of how tight I can wear the appliance. So I feel I can not fairly judge the seals. I'm sure for some people they work fine. I thank you for sending them in a very timely manner and hope this doesn't make a bad mark on your products.
