As a tall women (6'2) with an athletic build, I struggle to find quality gear that fits me in the right places. My biggest issue with these bike shorts is the lack of room for us big thigh ladies. I ordered a size large, and the waist fits well, but the shorts fit pretty tight in the thighs. Even though sizing up would solve the thigh room, my waist would have been swimming, so I stuck with the large. I was hoping these would be a true 'loose' fit, but most loose, baggy, or oversized items fit a little snug for me. The quality is there and these are comfortable shorts with a light, breathable material, which is why I am giving them a 4/5. It would be a 5/5 if the shorts had just a smidge more room in the thigh area.

Great fit! Good for an all day ride
Fits very small. XL was waaaaaaay too big, like waaaaay! M was not even able to do up.
I love these shorts! They are super lightweight and breathable. The only minor downside is that the shammies are uncomfortable. They feel like you're wearing cardboard between you legs. I have a pair of Patagonia shorts that came with shammies as well and I usually just wear the Patagonia shammies under these shorts.
