Love this game! played it myself a few times and then re-played with my husband and holy cow it was so much fun! Both with and without a partner to play with. The story is great and not as scary as the newer RE games but still worth it especially if you are just getting into the resident evil franchise!

Fantastic addition to my Xbox One, but it ain't blue. Whatcha gonna do?

So I gotta tell you, being hearing-impaired, I can't tell you if this is a "quiet" drive, but it doesn't bother me, noise-wise. So there's that. Other 'n that? This has been exactly what I wanted for my Xbox One: a significant expansion in storage space, and I've found that the load times have been essentially no different than I'd expect from the on-board hard drive. Oh, I'm sure it's somewhat slower just because of the USB 3.0 data transfer, but the difference hasn't been noticeable to me. It takes up essentially the same amount of desk space as the 1 TB I bought for my PS4, but it isn't blue. That makes ME blue. That's my only gripe. Go buy one.

Good Little Backup Drive.

Realize that a USB drive will never attain the speeds that one gets with an internal SATA drive. Instead of 150 MB/sec, one sees such speeds as 22 MB/sec; but it is still a beautiful backup drive. I've used it as the Virtual Memory area for Photoshop (which will soon be switched to an Internal SATA drive because of the speed increase potential... but still, it did well. I've been backing up my system on it every 2 days using the free program EaseUs ToDo Backup. And I've even re-installed from this drive. On my system, for unknown reasons, the drive could be seen when I plugged it in the USB 2.0 port; but not when I plug it in the USB 3.0 port; but that's just a strangeness having to do with my particular compute, not something having to do with this drive. Great affordable drive for backups!

I bought this hard drive for Time Machine backups on my MacBook Pro. The refurbished drive looks new and backed with Western Digital's 2-year warranty. For this low price ($41 shipped) and the reliability of WD drives, it's a worthy investment. I find the drive to be pretty quiet, light, and reliable so far. Highly recommended!

Great little hard drive.

This is a great little drive. It has a great price too. I have two of these already so adding two more was an easy decision. The previous drives were used as full hard drive image backups. These will be used as data backups. My VAIO laptop uses 2.0 USB ports. I did a full file-by-file no compression backup of an Essentials desktop WD drive to this drive and it took about 20 hours for 2 TB! I believe I should have done a "clone" rather than "backup" because I wanted to see the individual files and folders. I just wanted to be able to swap out the drive in case the source were to fail. Then just reassign this destination drive as the original drive letter. The drive looks nice too. It can be driven using a single USB connector.

Great quality for the price!

No problems with my computer recognizing it and it reads and writes fast. I don't notice any lag with my games loading. I had bought this one because it was cheap, planning to replace it with an SSD later, but it's fast enough where I don't need to bother doing that. I'm really surprised at the quality for the price. Only time will tell if it lasts though, so far it's been working perfectly though.

Resident Evil 6 no longer scary, but still a solid fun game

Capcom got the controls down pat for the first time in the series. The game looks really good, there were some neat graphics and details to the creatures. Negatives- They went with a formula to the campaign that made the play out very similar, using many popular gaming schemes for example throughout all of them there are times where you have quick time running events similar to Uncharted series. To me when they added these wrinkles in the game it just felt cheap. They added a new icon display you can pull up to direct the player to the objective similar to Deadspace/cod. To me they added all the things going for other gamers and in the meantime lost a franchise that use to be survival horror. There are not many moments that scare anymore, the game feels and plays more like an action shooter, and as a die hard fan from the playstation one games, I was sorely dissappointed in what the became. On a personal preference I dont like the perks/system that they use instead of leveling up weapons you have perk/skills and I am not thrilled with. The stamina health is great way to make close quarters combat fun and yet keep someone from just spamming meelee throughout the game. The meelee includes over the top moves similar to those found in a professional wrestling ring that are tongue in cheek funny. Once again while they are neat and feel over powering, its hard to be scared when you are laughing or laying the smack down on zombies. The game is a really good game, its just dissappointing that this is the direction a once awesomely scary franchise went.

The little HDD that could

Small 2TB HDD with read/write about 120/120, usually around 80/110 when copying large files. USB male end of cord means it plugs into anywhere, great use as a video streaming medium between a workstation and a laptop (I can hold entire Netflix seasons on here!) Overall, great mega USB and a great find for about $20-25 per TB if you can get them used. Phenomenal gift for the tech person in your family! Its hard not to love larger, faster, and more versatile storage capacity than even a USB 3.1

Totally awesome game that matches up to 4 and 6. Great weapons 7 fighting

Well I played RE4 which was the first RE game I played and I didn't think it could be matched but I was wrong. I won the game multiple times and got unlimited ammo for all weapons. The graphics, guns and sound are just incredible. The underground mayan like adventure is incredible not too mention many great boss battles. Chris Redfield is so damn tough at fighting in this one it's awesome!!! Love this game and will play again after I finish Revelations which I won't rate as good as 4, 5 or 6. Wesker is one tough SOB!!! Have fun beating him!!!

basic, easy to use and good value external hard drive that works

Pros: This is WD's basic external hard drive for those that want to manually copy the files they want, when thy want, an easy process for many that prefer this over using backup software. I have purchased several refurbished models (3) from the WD factory store and all worked flawlessly and the price is right. Cons: Really the only one is that the formatting used does not work on the old XP OS, The drive can be reformatted to an older version (ie exfat) that is not as good. I forgot that and was frustrated trying to copy some large files from an old computer. Really not the drives fault that they moved on to a newer and better format. I left it as is and used a different method since it works fine on Windows 7 on up.
