This scent lasts about 7 hours on skin and roughly 10 hours on clothes. Solid fragrance for around the $60 range coming from a $142 and $230 price point. Don’t worry about quality either, the quality in this fragrance is also very good too. Nothing smells cheap, or synthetic.

I have the L'Homme Ideal Extreme and I absolutely love the signature Almond note along with the Plum, Tobacco and Leather notes that stand out. That's my most favourite perfume among my collection. Had to buy the Ideal EDP for the Cherry, Lavender, herbs, Vanilla and Sandalwood notes. You will definitely standout with this perfume. I already feel like I should get backup bottles for both Ideal and the Extreme considering how much I love them and how much I'm gonna wear them. Also, on Friday Charm you're getting a 100ml bottle for the price of a 50ml bottle at retail stores/Nykaa.

When I first purchased this I didn’t care for it. As I wore it a few more times in the summer high heat, that’s when I realized this one shines and is a keeper! It pushes off the skin like crazy for a good 4 hours, nice scent bubble, and lasts 12 plus hours on my skin. That’s no exaggeration, of course results will vary since people have different skin types. Main notes I smell are beautiful grapefruit, bergamot, and almond. Get this before it’s gone because it’s unfortunately discontinued and will quickly be gone for good.

Of the Guerlain fragrances I own, I would rate this one toward the bottom. The almonds and tonka off the top indicate we are heading towards amaretto territory here but, with the citruses, orange blossom and rosemary help or hinder (depends on your point of view ) the scent from becoming too boozy or sweet. LHI to me becomes herbaceous and sweet with a rich leathery base. The rosemary actually helps to ratchet up the scent and perk up the sweeter elements. The cedar and vetiver round out the scent and create a sweet, woody and earthy base to this scent. In the dry down the almonds, tonka and leather remain framed with herby sweetness and it does truly last. Performance wise I’m not having any issues, I’m getting 8-9h with moderate projection and silage radiates within arm length. It's maybe a bit more of a cool weather scent but it's absolutely fine in warmer weather.

This is now a discontinued fragrance from Guerlain, which is a shame as it’s really nice! Very fresh juicy grapefruit opening which settles to a very clean, smooth almond and wood combination that smells very classy. The almond is a unique note and is found in the rest of the L’Homme ideal range, with different combinations of other notes and different strengths. I really recommend this if you like fresh colognes. This could be unisex too so ladies, it might be worth a try too. A star off for longevity, which isn’t the greatest but is to be expected for a cologne. As it’s discontinued, eBay is probably your best bet. Thumbs up!

FRESH, LUXURIOUS, MASCULINE

Amazing Valentine's Day gift from my wife this year 2023. Perfect for every day use and special occasions. Initial aromas are fresh citrus, orange and amaretto. As it dries, the sweet almond mixes with hints of wood, leather, rosemary and vanilla. Fragrance is very well put together, warm, soft and EXTREMELY elegant. EDT is not as concentrated as EDP so very easy to wear all year round, Winter OR Summer. Great scent for young and young at heart. Bottle design is classic, simple and clean. Thierry Wasser, AMAZING job!

No need for an introduction with this 2016 release from Gurerlain. I think we can all agree that this flanker is gorgeous! From the signature almond note to the cherry, vanilla, incense and rose! Beautiful combination and a masterpiece IMO. One of the best performing fragrance from the Ideal line. I get about 10 hours + on my skin with about 3 hours of great projection!
