I've had these headphones since early August and tried to return them today, Sep. 9th but it's too late to return them. Why do I want to return them? Headset has great sound and noise reduction, this makes it ideal for use in a busy office environment. The use of a usb-c connector is essential for use with newer laptops which do not have the USB-A connector.I found that this headset worked much better than my previous headset with video recording and online meetings.

Probably the best corded headset in this price range. Very comfortable, good sound and mic. I like the mute button in cord, beats hunting around the computer screen for the button.

They are very comfortable to wear and easy to set up and operate. They are great to block out outside noise. Much better the Plantronics earpiece I was using, which would hurt when I wore it for some time. The only downside, wish I got the wifi ones with no cord, as got to stop and think when wearing these as you forget you are wearing them, and then go to get up. My headphones arrived rather quickly. Recommend these to others. Please note my Surname is Mitchell not Motchell lol.

Plantronics/Poly Blackwire 5220 USB-A & 3.5mm Duo Corded Headset is the best headset ever. So light weight and comfortable, so easy to wear for long periods of time. I purchased 4 sets, we use them for online schooling, zoom meetings, discord and online games. This headset works great with the Plantronics/Poly 3.5mm Y Training Cable for Blackwire 5200 - for me to listen to my children's online lessons so it doesn't disturb the others. I also use my headset so I can talk hands free on my mobile phone.
Extremely happy with this headset it arrived very quickly from the supplier which was much appreciated. I have to also add that I have found that it is comfortable to wear all day long and the noise canceling feature is a bonus. So far I had had no issues with the headset it is very easy to use and the connectivity is excellent. Highly recommend this product.
Great headset with a very sturdy stainless steel frame, loud and great sound quality. Our business has had Jabra headsets for several years now after having them break on numerous occasions, I'm glad we made the switch to Plantronics as Jabra is rubbish compared, and to top it off, Plantronics are much more affordable.
The headphone is constantly full of static. I have tried it in 3 different ports all with the same result. The volume up/down doesnt even work. This headset was pretty expensive considering some of the others I have seen but it was disappointing and actually kind of crappy. The only plus side to it was how comfortable it was on the ears. Some are really tight and put a ton of pressure but this one was nice. Now if only it worked.
Wow I really like these headsets. I tried there wireless older version but had issues. The sound from these are solid and the microphone is of great quality. I use these for work manly but could use for music games etc. I bought these from a reseller and they were new but looked like the box was opened. They do help with ambient noise near you so you can focus on your call. Though you can sort of hear yourself which took me some time to get use to but now I like it. They always work and it also comes with a dongle for your phone .
