So upon opening, I instantly loved the packaging. The bottle is a beautiful dark brown glass with a gold chrome lid. It's very aesthetically pleasing, I must say. Moving on to the scent. It's a very strong scent, and I can definitely smell that peppercorn and woody smell coming through. My wife actually mistook it for her Charlotte Tilbury cosmic power spray! (So if anyone wants to buy this perfume, it is very much like the CT one I mentioned up there) Very masculine scent overall, and I do recommend spraying a little as it really does go a long way.

I was fortunate enough to receive this fragrance free of charge in exchange for an honest review from Influenster. Now this is a fragrance I like! I’ve been using it for the last few weeks and I’ve barely dented it as you don’t need to use a lot - I always get compliments whenever I wear this scent. It’s woody and fresh, with a little spice and it tails off into something somewhat fruity. An absolutely fantastic fragrance to wear in the evening or on a night out - but I also think this will be leaned on quite heavily in the autumn months. The glass bottle it comes in is cute and heavy; and it looks great in the shelf with all my other fragrances. Will absolutely consider purchasing this fragrance again.

Wow, ok!! So leather on the top notes, patchouli on the mid notes and cedar wood on the base…!! This masculine fragrance is amazing! This is woody and for me is perfect for hot summer days or evenings. It’s instills an air of sophistication, pure class and yet isn’t overwhelming or too powerful. This for me is absolutely top notch and perfect. An amazing new fragrance from the Boss line up and while giving a nod to the brand is very different to other woody spicy fragrances in the line up. Simply put it’s amazing!!

So I started to come around to Boss scents when they started these higher concentration flankers. The elixir was a great release and really got people talking about the brand again. Triumph was okay to me but objectively it was a good release. Then this came and it’s already getting the recognition is deserves. You can say it’s reminiscent of Carlisle but it’s doing its own thing. I clocked this at 10 hour which I haven’t done with a designer scent since Sauvage elixir. I’d give it a 9/10. Strictly cold weather scent but it will show out!!!

I received this product as part of a promotion. The packaging looks amazing, it is eye catching and looks posh. It came in legendary bottle that is known and easy to recognise. I like the colours used, gold and black looks awesome. The scent is very strong and it lasts for hours. I used it in summer time when is warmer so the scent was too strong. I will use it again in winter time. The combination of leather accord, patchouli and cedarwood essences gives very nice and manly scent that is very likeable by woman. My wife loves it. The bottle I got is 50ml and I think it will last as because the scent is strong so I will use it less at the time.

I was passing a Perfume Shop and saw the Boss Bottled Absolut available to test, so I had a spray onto the palm of my hand and carried on so I could judge the fragrance as it settled.I was most impressed by the initial effect which was warm, weighty and somewhat heady. as the day went on I could still smell it and my wife really liked it; even after doing some gardening and washing my hands, it was still there.I then decided to buy some from The Perfume Shop online and thought it was worth paying the extra to get the 100ml.
