Kenzo Amour Perfume by Kenzo, Launched in 2006, Kenzo Amour is a sensual and fragrant experience that invites the user on a tour of Asia. Drawing from the native flora of China and Japan, this perfume captures the exotic and alluring essence of the Far East. The top notes begin with a calming mixture Chinese white tea and rice. From there, the heart of the fragrance opens with Japanese cherry blossom, heliotrope and frangipani. The base draws to a smoldering conclusion with musk, vanilla, incense and woody notes. Daphne Bugey and Olivier Cresp worked together to create this fragrance. Kenzo was founded in 1970 in Paris, France as a design company of handmade women鈥檚 clothing. Children and men鈥檚 clothing wouldn鈥檛 follow until 1983. The company is notable for its union of Japanese aesthetic mixed with European high fashion. By 1987, the business had moved into the fragrance and home collection markets. Lvmh, an international luxury goods conglomerate, purchased the business in 1993.
