I began using the Keracolor Color + Clenditioner in Mocha last month to deposit color and add depth to my high-lift level 9G blonde hair without damaging it. This conditioner is a “brunette” color depositing product that looks like fudge pudding out of the spout. It works best when applied to clean, wet hair and sits for up to 30 minutes. The photo shows the shade my hair was after a few uses of this product. It is even and much darker than the “Summer Blonde” 9G starting point. This product is currently available at Ulta Beauty for $22. It is more expensive than other brands but works better and provides exceptional conditioning. This product has been a repeat purchase for me. I definitely recommend it.

I love Keracolor Clenditioners!! The color absorption is amazing and it’s so easy to maintain. I wish there were mire colors available. It’s hands down my favorite semi permanent hair color at home. And even when l get my hair professionally colored l still use this brand of products in various colors on my roots to touch them up and keep everything looking as vibrant as possible. I love that they came out with a few colors that are meant for brunettes. Which is perfect for my dark roots. I highly recommend and think thst the orice is very reasonable and l even live picking up extra colors when they go on sale. I love that there is a pump dispenser, thus utilizing as much product as possible.

Darker hair - works too.

I'm naturally a very dull gray/brown/brunette, been dying my hair red for as long as I can remember, weather that be fire engine red or Auburn or anything in-between. This shampoo helps with maintenance and now that I'm getting even more grays, it's holding me about 4-5 months between refresher dyes, which is wonderful for my hair.I workout and shower daily, which I know is horrible for my hair but if I don't wash it I get horrible dandruff so the cleanditioner is a nice compromise.I still have to use a specific dandruff shampoo about once a week, but it keeps my scalp clean enough that it's not a huge issue.My one complaint is the mess it makes, my shower is red.... 🤷‍♀️ which has been the complaint of every landlord I've ever left. This has enabled me to go at least two months between coloring with my purple still looking vibrant. I only need to color when my roots start looking too grey. I have no need for an additional conditioner as this keeps my hair soft and healthy. This product was a gamechanger for me. I love it.

I'm a repeat buyer

My favourite colour maintenance product

I know some people are looking to use this as a dye on its own - unsure if it's suitable for that, my understanding was always that this clenditioner is for colour maintenance between dyes. This keeps my copper dye warm, bright and covers my roots just enough to not have to re-dye too frequently. Most other effective colour maintenance products are shampoos, which are harsh and can't be left in too long without damage. This clenditioner leaves the hear both dyed/clean AND soft, meaning you can leave it in as long as you want without frying your hair. I recommend applying on dry hair and leaving for at least 20 minutes. For a bold effect on long hair, you do end up needing a lot of product. But I think the payoff is worth it.

Ridiculously soft, luscious hair!

My hair is super damaged from chemical treatments but this shampoo/conditioner leaves my hair softer than ever. It honestly feels even healthier than before I had my hair bleached & coloured at all. When I don't use this, my hair feels extremely dry and hay-like, which i'd have to use a leave-in mask after. My most recent colour treatment was a soft blue so I got this to maintain the colour. It works instantly in a short amount of time instead of having to have multiple hair washes with the shampoo to get the colour.Although it leaves my hair feeling hella nourished, there are some downsides to it. It doesn't lather up at all which makes the application quite difficult since you need to apply it evenly throughout the hair. It helps to a small extent but the green is still visible.Lastly, not really a major downside but this will make your hair SUPER blue. It is very true to colour, like on the packaging, if your hair is light enough. Not the blue I was aiming for but i'm not too bothered by it. Now that I know it's true to colour, next time i'll purchase this shampoo/conditioner in their silver blue colour which I think i'd prefer more.

Silver is AMAZING!

My stylist at Ulta saw my vision of no longer wanting to fight the greys on my butt-length brown box-dyed hair, that I attempted to bleach myself but had some banding. She fixed my boo-boos over the course of two sessions and while my fine hair did take a beating it has been fixable with thoughtful conditioning and care. Although she did an amazing job, there were still a few stubborn spots that were gold reflective. She recommended this in the Silver, as I really wanted to avoid another bleaching session. I tried it as per the directions, and was pleased as it took out the gold reflectives however, it was not the "silver of my dreams." A couple days later I decided to apply it to dry hair, slept on it overnight, and rinsed the next day. THIS is the silver of my dreams - not too dark, not too light, plenty of shimmery highlights and not dull at all. As a test I wanted to see how long this would last so I waited three days before washing my hair with the Redken bonding line, styled it, and it still looked great. Maybe not as "dark" as before, but I was still very impressed how well the color held up. I washed it again two days later, and this is when I started to see the fade. Not drastically, and I'm probably the only one that can tell, but it did get a bit lighter. I'm thinking I can do an overnight "clenditioning" on dry hair once a week to maintain the "silver of my dreams" and wash traditionally twice a week. Also, My hair remains shiny, highlight reflective, and above all - SOFT! It isn't the silky soft of pre-beaching, but it is nowhere near coarse AT ALL. And between the PERFECT job my stylist did, and the Keracolor, it looks like natural silver hair. I am BEYOND thrilled I have the hair I have wanted for 15+ years when I became tired of "fighting the greys". Others have mentioned breakage and hair loss, and as a fine and thin haired lady, I have been watching for it and have not experienced that, but I am also pretty careful with my compromised hair. I love this and I highly recommend!

This is the best

I absolutely love this. It is the best treatment for yellowing, brassy blonde hair. I have been using it for just over 12 months now, once a week. I leave it in for around 30 minutes and it completely eliminates all brassiness. It leaves your hair so soft and shiny. The best product I have tried. Never dry, dull or brassy afterwards. I totally recommend this product to all who have problems with brassiness.

Your hands, your counter, your comb, your clothes, including your scalp so be careful! Use gloves if you do the dry hair trick and use a washcloth or makeup remover wipe to get it off your scalp.
