The scent is light and clean. Subtly sweet with slight detectable notes of honey. I love it for daily use because it doesn’t interfere with fragrances. I highly recommend this even to those with sensitive/reactive skin on their bodies. This is worth every penny! I also love how Kiehl’s has refill pouches so you can reuse your tub.

Okay so I'm huge on lotion, like my goal is to be a buttered up turkey at all times. I LOVE a thick body butter, it's what I look for most often. What I love in a butter is on first application I'll usually use 'too' much and I can limit it a bit better the next time. With this, I was using a lot each time. Not to say it wasn't moisturizing because it was, I just don't think for how thick it is, that it was..rich enough if that makes sense? The smell is great, it's kinda similar to a Marzipan candy, or almond extract but it disappears quickly. I would buy again, but since I'm always looking for the best of the best it may be quite awhile.

I have really dry skin so I am always on the hunt for the perfect body cream/butter and this one is the best I have tried so far ( I’ve tried many other brands)!The scent is a nice lactonic honey smell that is not too strong and stay long enough on the skin. It also goes woth most fragrances that are not too citrusy or soapy.The texture is perfect, it has whipped texture that is not greasy at all , feels nice to the touch, easy to apply and absorbs fast. I mist say that some of it still sits on the skin so if you wet your skin right after applying you’ll see some residue (only the Flamingo body cream and shea/cocoa butter pass that test for me).Finally it’s really moisturizing, so skin will be soft for many hours. I really recommend this.
My major conplaint is the scent. It is a tropical kind of scent and incredibly strong, both attributes I do not appreciate in my scents. It doesn't spread on the skin easily despite being whipped and it didnt go very far. I also expected a lot more product, as in a bigger container since it is whipped and 8 oz. The jar is small for the amount and price. This product will not last. There was also a weird film or texture lwft on my hands after applying it, I had to wash them.
I Absolutely am In Love with this whipped body butter!!! I am on jar #2 Abt to order a third and will order forever. This body butter is no greasy, it actually feels wet when you put it on. The texture is pillowy, feels Fabulous going on the skin and is a Perfect moisturizer. Kiehl' you have a customer for Life. Thank you and Please Never reformulate this butter. I reached the point in life where I put myself first and started buying better quality products. This was a disappointment. It did not hydrate my skin. Even worse, my skin started looking crepey. I go to the gym 5 days a week and wear tank tops. I was embarrassed by how bad the skin on my arms looked. I used the whole tub hoping for better results but there were none. I paid for this product myself. I switched to Cetaphil and the crepiness has disappeared. I did like the scent.
